  WHAT A SCAM!!
  I purchased the product in good faith and returned ALL unopened/unused bottles and I have not received my refund of $216.74.
  I called every month over 1-year and just keep getting promises. Now their phone numbers do not work.

  Thieves! I agree with all the others. Same story. I filed a detailed complaint with the BBB after calling multiple times for my guaranteed refund after sending in all unused bottles. The company responded basically saying they needed more time to process it. Now it's been over a year. Multiple calls and hours of frustration over $199.99 of product never ordered in the first place. I'm just going to have to let it go. It's not worth the mental stress and anger. Lesson learned.

  I ordered Get Trim Life in 2022 and returned unopened and I am still trying to get my refund since 11/2022. When you call all customer service tell you the same lie about they already sent check to email. i has been told 4 separate time check has been sent. Why send check when it was charged to my credit card. The customers service people all are so rude and then they hang up on you. When speaking to supervisor "one in Authority" they say the same thing. How can a company get away with only refunding half of order and you returned the entire ordered. Today 06/21/2023, I was told to call supervisor back within 24 hours, I will and would expect my full refund amount I paid. This company rating of 1 is to high.

  I ordered one bottle of gummies and was charged for two. I tried communicating to no avail. Emails first then actual phone calls. They refused to talk to me about this overcharge but instead tried to get me to pay for another product. When I tried to talk about the situation customer service would talk over me. I hung up and tried again with a automated phone voice telling me that my phone number in my area code wasn't allowed. Contacted my bank and stopped any other charges to my card. I sent them one more email stating that I would discredit their company on social media.

  This company is a rip off. I returned their product and have been trying to get a refund since July of 2022. They have lied to me time and time again. I don't understand why they would need to send me a check when the purchase was made on my credit card. Because I believed them it is now too late to get a refund from my credit card.

  Same story, been waiting since I returned unopened product in September for a full refund. Called many times, was told the check will be coming in 3-7 business days. Now I'm told a bundle of checks for New Jersey customers will be sent out in bulk.....bull ****. At this moment I'm waiting for a supervisor to call me back, like that's ever going to happen.   This company is a SCAM, I returned their product because it made me gain weight as opposed to losing weight. They received their product on 10/03/2022. Today is 02/08/2023 and they have yet to issue her refund. I have called every week since December and I am told that a physical check will be mailed to me and to keep an eye on my mailbox. I just got off the phone with the supervisor "the highest level of escalation" and she gave me the same song and dance. We have contacted a lawyer at this point. This company needs to be shut down....like last year.

  This product contains corn syrup and is an absolute scam. I returned it with all the documentation customer service instructed me to do to request full refund back in November 2022 and after 2 months and still not receiving a refund I called again on 01/20/23 and they actually said they were WAITING for my call before they could process a refund…I explained that all the documentation clearly stated I wanted a refund and that is what they had told me to do. He said he would process the refund and still no refund!

  If I could give less than one star I would. This company is the worst! Their customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with! Returns are taken but you will never get your money back! I returned my second shipment since my first trial didn't work in June of 2022 and it is now January 2023 and I am still trying to get my refund! They keep saying there is not an update as to when I will receive my check for this. So now they have the product and over 300.00 dollars of my money as well! Buyer beware!!!
