1 starSCAM!!!! Thankfully my credit union declined the charge and sent me an alert that this company was trying to charge my debit card for $218.49. This is ridiculous, now my card has been blocked and I have to go through the hassle of contacting accounts that I have set up for auto-draft. If I could give me a negative review I would. In my opinion we should be reimbursed for the time spent and hassle we have to go through. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Get Trim Life

2 starsI viewed this a product from this company a few days ago but never purchased it. I have no account login for the website, no order confirmation email, never received any product, nothing. A few days later I received a text that my credit card declined the charges. I called the Trim Life Labs Customer Service number on the website. They confirmed the last 4 of my CC# using my email address! I explained the situation and they confirmed that the charge was not processed and cancelled my "subscription" to ensure no further charge attempts or orders. Definitely scandoulous but they seemed to be responsive. I'll be keeping my eye on this for sure.Get Trim Life

1 starI can't give them even the lowest rating. I never heard of this company but they somehow got my credit card number and charged over $200 to my account. Thankfully Bank of America declined the charge and notified me immediately but now I have to go through the hassle of changing my credit card number on accounts that charge my card automatically each month, like my cell phone and cable bill.Get Trim Life

1 starScammed as well. Signed up for 1 shipment. The product was horrible and I was not able to use. Have sent multiple e-mails to cancel with no response. Got charged again today and will be going to my bank with fraudulent charge. Do not buy anything from this company. Wish I had read reviews before I did.Get Trim Life

We did not receive a cancellation request from you in the allotted time, so we naturally assumed that you were satisfied with the product and charged you accordingly, as agreed to by the Terms and Conditions.
As a one-time courtesy, we issued a full refund for the last order without the need to return the products. Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

1 starI wish I could be zero. I DID NOT order this product!!!!! They charged my card I'm sure from some fraudulent means, $207.79. I am not working and battling disability and every penny counts. I have never seen or heard about this product ever! I had to look it up on chrome. I called the number it gave for calling customer support. And left an email. When I called I got barked at that that3rd party doesn't sell the product. Fraud!!!!!!!!! The only way I got the correct number itself was the BBB. It also has a big red triangle ðŸ”ºï¸ on it. If my.money is not returned, I will be filing a fraud report with my bank tomorrow-monday. Do not use this company. They steal and are criminals in my opinion. Bad company!!!!!!!!!Get Trim Life

I tried blocking them from my banks side of things but they were able to get through that this month when I really needed that money!! I can't reach them either. The company changed it to recurring without permission or authorization. Tried to e-mail the company but thee was no response at all. Disputed some of the charges with my bank. 1 starGiving 1 star, but it should be a big fat ZERO star! Scam all the way. So tired of their ** and "apologies" I don't want an apology, I just want my money back for the product that you received back from me on 8/2/22.
This company strings everything out making it almost impossible to get your money back.
I have made several attempts and spent 30-45 mins on calls with their 3rd party customer service.
I contacted my credit card company and am hoping they have some luck. If a rep from the company reads this- Save your empty apology- I don't want it- I just want my $$ refunded.Get Trim Life
