    I initially ordered ********* Keto, a 4 month supply with no recurring option selected.at about the 3month of use, another shipment came I. The mail. I didn't order it. I opened it to find a bunch of random products they decided I should try and charged my card $199.99. I called them and told them I wanted to return this stuff I didn't order and get my money back. They gave me an RMA number to ship it back and they said they would refund it a couple weeks after they got it back. I sent it back around 8/2022. I never got a refund. I called on 10/3/22 and 10/20/22 to inquire about it and they said it was due to the bank card expiring. I tried to give them the new expiration for the card but they would allow it. They am said I would not receive a check in 4-6 weeks. It is now January of 2023 and the ********* I talked to on 11/2022 said she was the top of the tree for management and I was not able to go around her and she was extremely rude and just kept repeating herself that I'd get it I. The mail. It's been double the time and it seems they are jerking me around. I don't know what to do! Please help, I just want my money back for the products I NEVER ordered!

    I sent an Email to customer service on Dec ******* that I was keeping the current order received on 12/7/2022, but to cancel any future shipments. On Jan 07,2023 I have a pending charge for ****** on my debit card. I need to know why I am receiving another invoice and how I can finally get them to stop future shipments!!! I want them to refund charge to my account on Jan 07,2023.

    - 7-11-22 I placed a 1 time order with this company for $******. - 8-9-22 company sent me a 2nd order and billed my CC $ ****** - I called the company, canceled the order , return the product , to get a refund for $****** . They tried to talk me into keeping it for 1/2 price , then for $69.00. I said no, I want to return the product and be refunded . They agreed . - in September I didn't get billed, and I didn't get my refund . - 10-10-22 my CC gets charged again for $******. - 11-8-22 my CC get charged another $******. -11-11-22 I call the company again stating they never refunded my $****** and they billed me for October and November . They gave me a cancelation order # A054B54E94 . I would get my refunds and stop the CC charges . -12-7-22 my CC gets charged $****** - 12-10-22 several times I call the company and get disconnected . No one answers the phone.-12-27-22 call again several times . Get disconnected. No one answers the phone. - 1-4-23 my CC gets charged $****** - 1-6-22 call again, disconnected . No one answers . - 1-6-23 I contact the BBB . I want my $ ****** x 5 = $ ******* refunded to my CC and stop future charges to my CC . Thank you ***********************

    In June of 2022 I thought I was purchasing supplements from TrimLife from a Facebook ad. Almost immediately after pressing purchase I realized that the company had added a product I had not wanted and that it was a subscription that I had not wanted. I immediately tried to cancel the purchase but could not locate a customer service contact number or email on the site I purchased from, which made me realize that the company was likely a scam. I called my credit card company immediately to see if they could help and put a stop payment, but they were unable to help at that time. I have not received any product. I have been billed every month approximately $295.00 (the amount varies by a few dollars each time). I have disputed every transaction for the past six months and been credited (waiting on a decision from my credit card company for December). My credit card company provided me with Trim Life's customer service email, several months ago, and I have emailed requesting that they stop but I have never received a response. My credit card company has tried to place a stop payment but the vendor changes its name from month to month so the stop payment is ineffective. I want them to stop billing me. I am a student living on very limited budget and cannot afford to lose almost $300.00 a month in credit to this deceptive company. When I dispute the transaction it takes almost two months to receive the credit back on my account from my credit card company. This contributes to increased interest and increased balance insurance premiums.

    In June 2022, I ordered and received product from Get Trim Life. In July 2022, I received an unexpected second order. I called and was told my account had been set up as recurring, which was not what I consciously did. I cancelled the account and requested a return authorization for the extra order. I was assured that a credit for $199.99 would be issued after the product was returned (RMA# ************), which occurred on August 19, 2022. I called again on 9/12/22 and 10/12/22, since no credit had been issued. The representative, Helen, said that the refund was rejected by my credit card company. (No record of this according to ****** ** ****.) I asked for a supervisor. Helen said she wasn't allowed to do that or to connect me to the finance dept. She consulted someone and said they would send a check electronically to my email. I never received it.

    BLUF: I returned product to this company that I was charged for that I never authorized (see attached), they received product back on 16 Sep 2022. I have called their support (outsourced company ###-###-####) on 16 Sep, 19 Oct, 23 Nov, 5, 7, 12 and 29 Dec each time they tell me the check refund is "being processed" and will be 4-6 weeks....every time I have called since 16 Sep its "4-6 weeks". I have also emailed their support email (*******************************) 10 times as of 29 Dec since 18 Aug and have never received an response (See attached). The support company told me to email their support email *************************, I have done that 4 times and all 4 of those emails have been returned "domain does not exist" (see attached).

    1) I never authorized this purchase
    2) I had to pay our of my pocket to mail it back
    3) their system shows product received back 16 Sep.
    4) Today is 29 Dec, and I have made 7 phone calls and 10 emails and have yet to receive a refund.

    I am owed $210.25, its not at lot but that does not matter, I cannot talk to anyone directly with Get Trim Life, Who charged me only this off shore contact center that can only email this company.

    I called my credit card company and I can dispute the charges but since its been over 90 days since I was charged on 5 Aug 2022 I have to eat $50 of the $210.25. And after having to pay to return the items im already sunk and just want my $210.25 back. See attachments.

    I originally purchased their product on 5/30/2022 and was charged $199.99 for one product and $49.99 for the second. I immediately realized that I did not want the products and so I called the Get Trim Life on 5/30/22 to find out what I needed to do to get a full refund. Their customer service told me I would have to wait for the product to be delivered and then once received back to them they would issue a full refund within 5-7 days, I called them back for a RMA# (Returned Merchandise Number) which I did.
    I mailed the product back via certified return receipt along with the products and RMA# ************ on 6/20/2022. It's now August 31, 2022 and after numerous calls and no refund I decided to reach out to my credit card company for help. They informed me that since I authorized the charge they cannot help me and to go back to Get Trim Life.
    I called Get Trim Life again and was informed that we would have to do a 3 way call between me, my credit card company and them. My bank does not do that which I informed Get Trim Life. I have again called numerous times for a refund and still no refund and its Dec 28, 2022. This last time I called on December 12, 2022 and spoke with a lady called Nabi, she informed me that since I notified my card holder about the charge I was not entitled to a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no one was available. At the end of this call She agreed to issue me a refund check in 5-7 days. Well it been more than 5-7 days and still again no check.
    I am hoping that you can help me resolve this issue and get my refund of $199.99 and $49.99.

    On 11/1/22 TRIM LIFE charged my credit card 199.99 for a set of 6 bottles of Keto Gummi supplements. Several years ago I tried this product once, and then cancelled future shipments. Years later and out of nowhere I was sent a bundle of six bottles. I did not order or authorize this order and immediately contacted them via email upon receiving the shipment. I did not get a reply so I called. Before helping me with my request the operator asked 2 times if I would like to keep the shipment, for 30% off and then 50% off. I declined I repeated my request to return the supplements to get a refund. The operator then gave me the instructions & information for sending the merchandise back & that it would take up to 6 weeks to see a refund. At the same time I disputed this amount on my credit card in case this company did not honor the refund. This company sent documentation to my credit card company that they had tried to charge orders back in June of 2022. MULTIPLE times beginning on 6/19/22 to 6/27/22 attempts were made to charge my credit card, a credit card that kept declining the transactions due to insufficient funds. These attempts were also made out of nowhere because I never authorized them either. I am guessing they were trying to revive some auto order from years back. 4 months went by and as soon as they were able to approve a charge I was charged on 11/1/22 for this 6 pack of supplements, again not authorized by me. I sent back the supplements via Fed Ex on 11/10/22 and waited.
    12/27/22 I called company to make sure they received my return because they had not yet credited me. Upon speaking to a representative she told me they received the merchandise but would not return my money because I had made a dispute to my credit card company and would need to do a 3 way conference call so they could speak with my credit card company first. Upon the advice of my credit card company I was advised to let them handle the recovering of funds. I am still waiting.

    I purchased a product from Get Trim Life, a one-time order on 11the July 2022. I received the product 1 month later. about the same time. My credit card account was charged again for the 2nd time. When I called in to check the reason for the 2nd charge. They said it was the 2nd order which I will be receiving in a few more weeks. The 2nd charge was a completely unauthorized charge to my credit card. I told them it was a complete fraud as I did NOT order the second time. Then they forced me to keep it for half the value which I refused and requested a refund. They told me they could not give me a refund unless they got the goods back and requested me to return the goods. I asked them for a return label which they did not provide so I shipped it back at my expense.
    Then I called and requested a refund. They told me it would take 10-15 business days to see the refund. The return never came by everytime I call for an update they would give me a new reference no for the call and ask me to call back 10-15 days later. Now its 4 months after, I'm still not able to get the Refund. The unauthorized fraud charge is $217.74 made on 13/08/22. Now they are saying they have a bank issue and that they are no longer able to refund the credit but will send a check in the mail. So far Ive not received any checks from them either. Please help me get my money back from these crooks.

    I have now been charged on my creditcard $211.99 (on 11/17/2022) and $211.99 (on 12/18/2022) by Get Trim Life. I have never heard of this company. I did not order from this company. I received two packages, with no invoice and no way to return them. I did not order them, don't want them, and need that money back on my card.
