I ordered 5 Simpli ACV & Keto bottles in July of 2022 and it somehow went on Auto Renew . I received the products the 3rd week of August and immediately got the 2nd (auto shipment that same week.) I hadn't even tried the first 5 bottle so I requested a return for the 2nd 5 bottles $213.99 and returned them to EAGLE HEMP RETURNS Aug 25, 2022. I have been contacting the company since then for the money. They said they could not put the credit on my credit card and would have to send a check in 4 to 6 weeks and every time I call they say the same thing (I have been fighting this for over 7 months.) I've been calling every month since and keep getting the run around. I'm sure they want me just to forget about it but that is not happening.Initial Complaint

On 08/08/2022 I was charged by Get Trim Life (Eagle Commerce) the amount of $213.99 for a product I did not order. I had purchased once from them and the kept my debit card info and hit it again. When I called to complain, they said my original purchase allowed them to send me products every month. I told them I did not want their product. The had me send it back. at my expense. They received the product back on 09/01/2022.I sent numerous e-mails and continually get a reply saying the check is being sent. It never has been. I called on 10/19/2022, again on 10/28/2022, again on 11/22/2022, again on 12/19/2022. Every time they say it's been escalated to the "Billing Department" and a check will be issued in 4-6 weeks. They never send a check. They no longer respond to e-mails, saying I should call. 6 months is too long to wait on this SCAM company.Initial Complaint

This involves a dispute about charges for an item I returned and for which I was promised a refund.

Charge being disputed: 9/20/2022 statement: $176.79 on 8/18/22 (the charges for the July purchase from this vendor are valid)
Timeline of Events
- 7/18/22 I ordered a product from this vendor for $176.79 and received it. There is no dispute here.
- 8/24/22 I received another package from this vendor without prompting from me.
o Charge is on 8/18 on 9/20 statement, Order#***********
- 8/25/22 Called them at number below. They said I was on an auto-renewal. I told them that I didn’t want to be on auto-renewal, I only wanted the initial products and I’d like to return these for a full refund. They agreed to provide a full refund upon receiving the return. They cited REF************
- 8/26/22 I mailed the return to them at:

- 9/28/22 Called at number above. They confirmed the receipt of the returned items and indicated that a full refund of $176.79 would be issued and I would receive it back to my ******** card within 7-10 days. They cited REF************ * 11/19/22 Called at number above; they said that the electronic refund had failed and now they would send a physical check. The billing department was to issue this check within 24 hours. They cited REF#**********.
- 12/26/22 Still no physical check and no electronic refund. Called at number above. Was told they would put an “urgent” status on getting the check sent. I told them I’d be calling ******** and escalating this charge as fraudulent.
- 12/26/22 Called ******** Billing Dispute Dept who asked me to write this statement.
As of 1/29/2023, I still have no refund and no resolution to the issue.

On December 17.2022, I ordered 2 bottles of your “Get Trim” on a special promotional deal giving me an additional bottle free. It was supposed to cost me only $49.99. Instead, I was billed not only the $49.99 but an additional charge of $199.99. I did not authorize this charge! When I tried to get a hold of someone in your company, I was told that the product was already shipped and could not be cancelled. When the product arrived, there was 5 bottles of ACV+KETO Gummies in the shipment. Per your instructions I am returning this product back to you for a full refund of $249.98 under your returned code: *********.

On July 8, 2022, I thought I was ordering a one month supply of diet pills, but the order was changed to a 6 month supply for $214.49. The charge card company called me and said that they thought it was a scam or fraud. The charge was not supposed to go through but yet it did. When I received the supply from get trim, I initiated a return without opening the package, receiving an RMA # ************ from the company. When they received the returned package, I was told I would receive the refund check within 3 to 7 business days that was issued on 9/01/22. I never received the refund check. I have exchanged 9 emails and then 3 phone calls up through 12/22/22, being told each time that I would receive the refund check within 3 to 7 business days. On my 12/07/22 phone call to Customer Service with someone named Nash, I was given a Ref * *********** I have yet to receive the refund check.Initial Complaint

I received a shipment of Get Trim Life that I did ask for and did not want for $211.99. I called them and told them I wanted to return this product and cancel my account. They gave me an RMA ************. I returned product on 8/25/22. They told me I would have a credit within 7 days to my charge card. That did not happen so I called them on 9/30 to check. They said to give it time to appear. I than after waiting another week put a dispute on my credit card. I called again in November to see what happened. They told me since I put a dispute on they could not return the money on the credit card that it would need to be a check. That would take 6-8 weeks to get. I still haven't seen the check. I have been calling the customer service number for 6 months about a refund. Every time I call I am told the refund is being processed and it I don't receive it in 10 business days to call back. I ordered a product ACV + Keto Gummies in June 2022 which was received. 4 months later in October 2022 I received another shipment of the product and charge of ******. I'm trying to contact the company to make sure my subscription is cancelled. However, no contact methods seem to be in working order. I have called the number on my credit card bill ************ but it's a dead number, it rings and immediately hangs up. I tried to submit an online contact request and the online form would not accept submission. I emailed ********************************** and am waiting to get a response but suspect I'll get a delivery error. I cancelled the order after several months of not receiving the product. I've made 4 attempts to get my money back. $269.35. now the phone number I have doesn't go through to a person. I am on disability and I only ordered 1 bottle. They placed a order for 5 additional bottles and a extra bottle of something else entirely different. I wouldn't have ever placed the order if that had been clear on the website. I need my money back please.
