    In November 2021, I ordered a bottle of Trim for Life from their website using a promotional deal for $49.95. It was a one-time purchase under this special. After I submitted the order, my account was charged $49.95. Then immediately after, there was a $199.99 charge pending on my account. I reached out to the company using its website email form, explained the unauthorized charge, and requested they cancel future charges and issue me a refund for the $199.95. I never heard back. In April 2022, I again incurred a charge of $199.99. I emailed the company once more using the support email form (same as previously utilized). I included the November 2021 email and told them I had been charged again. I requested refunds for both the November and April unauthorized charges. I still haven't heard back and no refunds.

    I called to get a refund on products delivered. I spoke to a representative who informed me to return my products, and upon receipt I would be issued a refund of $437.98. On Aug 31, 2022, I sent my products back to the company (FED EX tracking number ************). My package was received by the company on 9/6/22. I then called back to confirm receipt and follow up about the refund. I was told that they TRIED to refund my credit card, but received an error, and that a physical check would need to be sent. But, they then said it would take 4-6 weeks to process. After calling 3 additional times, and referencing my return/case code (**********), as of now 12/19/22 I have still NOT received the refund. Additionally, they admit it was not yet processed, but have no timeline or update as to when it will be processed.

    All account information on file with this company pertaining to my account/purchase/refund is the same as listed on this complaint.

    These were purchased fraudulently. With stolen credit card. Company refusing to refund any money even though I explained items (purchased illegally) were stolen. The phone number is for a 3rd party in Philippines. No supervisor to talk to. Hung up on twice.

    Hello, the business GetTrimLife has somehow gotten a hold of my debit card and we have been charged for two shipments of diet products that we did not order. The first time it happened, I was too busy to look into it and hoped it was somehow a one time mistake. This is the transaction info for that charge: 11/17/2022 Debit Card Withdrawal: Debit Card GETTRIMLIFE ***** * **** ** ********** ** Date 11/15/22 **************** ****** **** Card ****   -$199.99

    The second time was yesterday, December 17th 2022, when our bank account was debited another $199.99. Here is the transaction information from our bank:

    I did not order these products and need a refund of $399.98 from the company. I have had to cancel my debit card. I believe they must have retrieved my debit information through dishonest means.

    On 12/17/22 $169.80 was taken out of my account by TRIMLIFE. I have absolutely NO interest in this product and ABSOLUTELY did NOT authorize you to go into my bank account in ANY WAY!!! I want my money back IMMEDIATELY as I am seeking to take legal action against you!!

    i ordered the ACV keto gummies and paid for one shipment. they tried to bill me for second shipment, and i did not authorize or agree to second order. I reported this as fraud to my credit card company but the charge went through. this was for $199.00.

    I have called the get trim number at least 5 times asking for a refund. they have told me repeatedly that my refund is on the way, but i have not received it.

    Made a one-time purchase of the *** gummies and was charged ****** on 11/13/2022. I was assured this was not an auto-ship or subscription, but a ONE-TIME purchase only. Was awakened at 3:00AM this morning by a phone notification letting me know my card was charged for ****** but thankfully was declined as possible fraudulent activity. Had to call the fraud department for my Discover card and now the card is canceled and I have to wait for a new card to be issued. This is such a huge pain as now I have to re-do all of my auto-pay billing information and I am pretty angry. What kind of a SCAM is this company running? I do not EVER want to hear from this company again. I want no solicitations, emails of any kind, and absolutely want no more of their useless product. DO NOT EVER TRY TO CHARGE ME AGAIN!!!

    On June 1, 2022, I clicked on an ad on Facebook ... Clicked to order Get Trim Life capsules for my husband. The offer was $49.99 for a free bottle plus 2 more bottles to try it out. When I put in my Visa card information, I hit the order button; and it charged me the $49.99 plus $199.95 which I had NOT authorized automatically. I looked up the phone number and called them. They instructed me to wait for the package since it was already ordered. Then send it back with the correct numbers, etc. I did this. On 6-10-22 I received the package and mailed it back unopened. I waited and waited, but no refund was forthcoming. I called many times and they kept putting me off. I never received my refund. So I reported it to my Visa card. I also put in a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Lakeland, Florida! The Attorney General's Office wrote them and I think called them. The Get Trim Life rep emailed the Attorney General saying that they had issued a check to me for the full amount of $249.95 and mailed it to me. So A. G. Ofc closed the complaint. However, I NEVER RECEIVED anything back from them.

    I had a charge on my debit card in the amount of $214.74 from GetTrim Life that I never authorized back on 11/02/2022. When trying to call the number associated with the charge all it does if offer me medical alert through an automated system. I can't seem to find a way to contact them. I had to cancel my card and have a new one issued. I am seeming to have a hard time even getting my money back through the debit card provider. I am out of $214.74 which is a lot of money for someone to have been able to aquire from someone's account without authorization. I have no other information on this company other then a phone number *************) and that the charge was from ** ***.

    This company sent me weight loss pills I didn't authorize and charged me $211.99. I contacted their customer service ( out of the country, they spoke very poor English) and was given a return authorization number. They offered to let me keep the pills for $100.00 which i refused. I returned the order via **** priority mail on 11/12/2022 with a delivery confirmation and it was never delivered. Post office says they can't find the package. This company is a total ripoff. My credit card company is disputing the transaction.
