      This business is very dishonest. The first issue is I was told they were going to check with two banks about financing. I already had financing, but Al thought he could do better. I have received no less than 8 letters about my credit being run by various banks. Then I was assured (see picture) the error about how many months I wanted to finance for would be corrected after I “secured the sale”. It was not and then he lied about it. I also have documentation attached of this. I paid someone to pick up the car on 4/4 and the sales manager told the transport company the car was picked up a month ago. I then had to arrange for another pick up the next day. This cost me time and money. Once the car was delivered it had no floor mats (never mentioned to me or included in the videos or pictures), bumper damage also never mentioned or shown in video/photo, the gas tank was empty and the gas light was on (see photo), no drive out tag, no second key (see pic)no paperwork and over 200 miles we’re put on the car since the day I signed to purchase. I find the extra mileage to be very unethical. I never received any information about which bank it was financed with; a payment due date or anything. They cashed my check for $13,000 without communicating any of this other information to me. Lastly; multiple people have been dishonest and straight out lied. Today I attempted to speak to the manager, Hercules. I sent all my documentation and never received a reply. The finance manager Al called and left a message to which I replied I do not to wish to have further communication with someone I do not trust. Initially this purchase started out fine, but as soon as I agreed to purchase it has been downhill. I am very disappointed at how this has played out. I truly wish I had read the reviews prior to the purchase. I had originally found the car at Atl S Toyota and then learned it was in FL. I want the second key,refinancing, fix credit report compensation for gas and transport.

      We took 2019 Chrysler Pacifica van in for electrical problems, power steering assist, stop/start and stabilizer functions failed while driving. Paid diagnostic fee and told batteries were ok. Dealership requested additional diagnostic fee. Now states batteries need to be replaced along with power steering rack. Issues we have with electrical were subject of recall for this year, make and model. Because our vehicle was 35th anniversary edition it may not have been included in recall. We believe dealership should attempt repair as outlined in recall. We have not received promised call backs after our vehicle has been at dealership for more than two weeks. Chrysler customer service has been unresponsive also.

      The issue all started when I bought my brand new 2018 Jeep Renegade in April 2019. I told the dealership my price range and when they could not honor that, I left then they called me & told me they would honor it so I went back only to find that they wanted to sell me yet a different vehicle, it was getting dark but I went ahead and purchased the 2018 Jeep Renegade only to find the next morning (Sunday) that the back driver's side door had two dents in it and the hinge was broken. Dealership was not open Sunday so I took the Jeep back to the dealership Monday morning asking to exchange it since it was less than 3 days, they refused and said I now owned it & would have to trade it which I did not want to do & hurt my credit. I asked about them fixing it, which then took them about 3 months to do, they put a new door on it and painted the drivers side. But in the process, the workmanship was terrible, there was a small dent in the paint job of the new door and they oversprayed and got primer on my back hatch. When I picked up my vehicle, they assured me I would have a lifetime warranty on the paint job and the work they did as long as I own the vehicle. Fast forward to 2023, my back door something is not right with the hinge again, air comes in the vehicle with all windows up when I am driving on the interstate, and inside the door there is a dent from where the hinge is messed up. I recently took my Jeep back to the dealership to see about them fixing the door & hinge again along with repainting it. They refused and said after driving my vehicle they did not hear anything and tried to say that the overspray was not that. I am very dissatisfied with their work and poor customer service.

      On 2/11/2023, my wife and I went to the Lakeland Dodge Jeep and Ram. From the start we made it extremely clear that our only intention was to look at vehicles for future purchase. Due to both of us not having great credit, we mentioned that we would probably be using my wife’s mother on the loan. The sales person then wanted our personal information to run a soft credit report. We explained again that we were not purchasing anything and did not want our credit ran. Him and his manager told us that the way they run it, it won’t be as a hard inquiry on our credit report. When the manager took our information, he did run a credit check which put a hit on mine, my wife’s, and her mothers credit report. All of our credit numbers dropped, and they tried to lie to us saying they didn’t run a credit check. Even after we physically showed them their account on our credit report.

      Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram has a special going on with new and used cars. After recieving my voucher from Facebook I made my appt. For 2pm 12 17 2022. I arrive on time once I got out my car I was gretted by Randy whom was very pleasant. He took my information after getting my car appraised I still don't know the appraisal amount. Remember now I was there at 2pm after being there for several hours I was told from randy who was told from the head people behind the glass I could get a jeep or a charger with zero down. No problem after picking out the 22 jeep latitude I sign a paper agreeing what my note would be then randy came and I signed information on a tablet then I recieved a congrats text on my new purchase. Downl oaded the jeep app I was ready to go. While waiting on my keys and to transfer my plate over. I and another associate begain transferring my items from one car to the next. I had to unhuck my speakers from my 2017 Ford mustang including the Amp. One of the wires connected to the speakers had to be cut. Which were live wires left untaped. I than went back into the establishment and was beginning to do my insurance I asked randy who was the financial comany that would be giving me the loan. He than told me I chamge my insurance over still waiting for my plate to be transferred over also waiting on the keys I was than told I was not approved after I was told I was, I talked to several people because I am now pissed I disconnected my speakers when my wire had to be cut which left a live wire I transferred my insurance and during this time no one stated Mrs ***** wait I fill this was a bait and switch or an attempt to gain money from me. I had to re due my insurance and my speakers in my car is stiill disconnected I am also driving around with live wires in my car. On top of which no one had any remorse it was just it's on the banks I am super embarrassed this Is bad business all around. This whole ordeal cost me time that i can't get back

      Vehicle: 2022 Jeep Gladiator NEW 76 mi, only because it was driven from Orlando to Lakeland.

      I have made numerous attempts to find a resolution to no avail. Attempted reaching out via phone, text, email, social media, Google and Yelp reviews, no resolution.

      Issues:
      1. Leaky tire in a brand new car. Went back 2 days later to get the Mopar sidesteps that "came with the car" put on. Had them check it. They refilled it and told me to keep an eye on it. Said consumer really have no protections on tires from the manufacturer or dealer. I filled it back up 2 days later to 38 psi. Now back to 30s.
      2. Still waiting for my $400 deposit I was promised would be returned. There response was basically we forgot. And can you come back in? Then they called back for my card Number. I asked them to send me out a check instead then. No response.

      3. Again, had to go back for the rest of the Mopar package that wasn't allowed to remove at the time of purchase. But if it came with the car and I was unable to substract it, why do I have to come back to have it installed? Starting to think I was tricked into getting their Mopar package which I would have passed on.

      4. Still awaiting response for the name of the General Manager, so I can pursue other avenues if this is not resolved. No response from the dealer.

      Unfortunately, I cannot reach out and communicate with this dealer anymore. I am chasing them for things that they owe me, and tricked me into getting.

      Resolution: Fix leaky tired, Remove All Mopar package, Warranty, Gap insurance.

      Reason: Brand new car should not have a leaky tire. I would like all the other services removed. I do not want to be in business with this company any longer.

      Medically I cannot handle the stress this company is putting on me recently. My health is already in a decline and I feel they are adding to my mental issues. But I don't feel like they care. Each call from me feels like they don't give a crap.

      I purchased a 2021 jeep cherokee limited in September of 2020. Now I am having electrical problems with the jeep and I can't seem to get this fixed. They keep telling me to bring it into the shop. but they dont' know what is causing it. When I am driving the entire dashboard lights go black. They don't go back on unless I turn off the outside lights. I am unable to drive anywhere at night because of this. I paid cash for this vehicle. No financing involved. I am 71 years old and I don't need this continued stress. I feel like they are blowing me off because of my age.

      I purchased some auto parts online from this business. The parts came in damaged. I have been going back-and-forth for weeks trying to get the issue resolved. The business finally refunded "some" of the money but now will not respond to several request for the rest. I have sent several e-mails showing the damaged parts right out of the packing, and called many times. I simply want the rest of my money.
