      Terrible experience!I bought a vehicle from this dealership, and it has had serious issues from day one constant electrical problems and major mechanical failures, including issues with the differential. Ive had to bring it back multiple times, and still havent received a clear or effective solution.The customer service is awful: slow responses, long delays, and zero interest in helping the customer. Its clear they only care about the sale, not about standing behind their *********** extremely disappointed and absolutely do not recommend this place. I will attach photos so others can see exactly why they should avoid this dealership.

      We bought a truck in 2023. We had the truck for a year and in that timeframe the truck had been in the shop at least five times. While it was in their care, the engine caught fire, we filed a claim with our insurance company. They paid them to fix the problem to replace it. But instead, they repaired it and pocketed the money. They have now committed insurance fraud, and still have not been held accountable. There is no justice in any of these corporate companies. They are frauds. We will be seeking further action. We have all of the paperwork we need. Lakeland Dodge you have committed insurance fraud and I will be coming after you for it along with all the c*** I have dealt with from you guys.

      Absolutely worst liars I have ever dealt with. Offered me a car at least three times and when I said yes they changed the deal. Im going on 2 1/2 weeks now that Ive been dealing with their c*** and their lies . The last one was I have 30 days to make my mind up about the deal and I came back its a guaranteed deal and said yes I will take the deal and now they said oh no, we cant do that. Thats the third time theyve done that once I say OK Ill take the deal. Nothing but lies terrible. Terrible business

      Horrible bussiness. They assured me after leasing me a LEMON cruze that they were under new ownership and would assure this wouldnt happen again. Especially after telling me they didnt have the equipment to diagnose or fix the ***** they leased to me. Second day i had ***** it cut off on me because of electrical issues when they came and took my from my home car to check it the day before to ensure this didnt happen. Now they have carelessly did an oil change on my **************************************************************************************************************************************** correctly. I was out of work for 6 days , had to pay to tow my vehicle after the turned down my service the day before and couldnt even get an apology, they will sit at the desk and argue with each other about what they do and dont handle instead of helping a loyal customer. This caused so much stress in my life especially with having a special needs daughter and not being able to get her around because they didnt have rentals or never sent my reservation to enterprise so i could be reimbursed. My whole experience with them is horrible since 2022 and now im stuck paying a high price of almost 700/month for a vehicle after i put ***** down already. And had me come in 2 different times to pay threatening to take my transportation back after a week or two unless i put additional money down. What a scam and inconvenience. They need to be reviewed and shut down !

      Sep 2nd I had a scheduled appointment for 7:20 AM. On the evening of the 1st, I had my car towed up to this establishment. The morning of the 2nd at 7:30 I called to insure that the vehicle was there & reiterated my concerns about the vehicle. I was assured that the vehicle would be looked over that ******* would be updated by my service advisor *****.On Sep 3rd I was notified by TEXT of the issue and the price. I called and explained to ***** that i had a warranty and the deductible should only be applied. He then looks into my vehicle info & sees what I stated is true & tells me he will file the claim with the **************** and it will take ***** hrs to be approved. I asked ***** for a rental in the meantime (covered through my warranty). ***** advises me there must be approved 1st . I Knowing this to be untrue, I call my warranty ************** tell me there should be no wait on the rental.After having my info verified, Sept 5th I call *****. Hes avoiding all my calls & is having me transferred over to an employee that is training & knows nothing about my situation. Finally after telling the trainee ******* that I contacted my warranty company & expose the info ***** gave as a lie, I receive a TEXT from ***** stating a rental will be available for me the next morning. Not good enough! I have been without a vehicle since the 1st! I end having to get a ride up to the ************** speak with the supervisor ****** (HE WAS GREAT). He heard my concerns & presented me with a rental within an **********, SEP 12th I finally received my car. ***** lacked communication & concern for my issue. He NEVER called me for updates (I called him), Did NOT do his due diligence concerning my warranty, He gave me an astronomical price stressing me out without even looking to see that my warranty was in good standing, & was just RUDE. I have nothing Good to say regarding him. But ****** went above & beyond.

      Vehicle has a mopar max warranty, still waiting on dealership to submit correct information to ***** for the approval. Talked to service manager ***** whom told me everything was resubmitted correctly. ***** says still waiting nothing submitted. Going on 3 weeks for a simple alternator replacement.

      I purchased a used *** from this dealership a month ago. When I received the **** it was dirty and full of dog hair. Although they attempted to clean it partially two days later, I ended up having to hire someone else to detail it. Additionally, after a month, I had to take the *** back because the check engine light came on. Upon inspection, it was found that the car had no oil and had not been serviced. When I dropped off the car in the morning, they provided me with transportation to work, but there was no communication regarding the status of the vehicle. I was left waiting at work for 2 hours after my shift because no one called me with an update. Furthermore, they did not offer me a replacement vehicle, leaving me without transportation for over 3 days. This has been the worst experience, and I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

      Horrible customer service. We are from out of town and we dropped our car off knowing what was wrong with it. They told us it would take four or five hours. We never heard anything for two days then someone called and said they didn’t get to it they would get to it that day, then we never heard from them again and we continuously called trying to get an update to find out how much it would be. They got the car on Tuesday morning at about 9 AM and we didn’t get it back until Friday at 3:30. When we tried to complain, they sent us to the general manager. He told us that the manager or higher up would call us, and they never did to top it off. They then put a Sirius XM radio free trial on our bill, which in turn cost us $15. Ridiculous. Higher ups are no better to talk to than people at the front desk.

      Worst experience of my life we didn’t understand the deal until it was to late we are now paying 65000$ for a car that’s only worth 25k JT and everyone at Lakeland dodge skewed me and my family over and now we are stuck with this car and have no way out the warranty’s the push don’t cover anything they scam people and don’t care about the customer and destroy credit

      We had our truck towed for service and to say communication was lacking it's being nice. They had my truck for about 3 weeks during that time my advisor went on vacation, I couldn't get anyone to answer my calls I had to drive there just to get an update. When I was there the attention I got was poor, the person that helped me wouldn't look away from his computer and within minutes I received totally different information from two people. I was never given copies of my paperwork either and now to top off my experience I find out that they committed fraud. While my truck was there they submitted a $650 claim for two tires through my extended warranty, two tires that I never received! A claim I never requested because there is nothing wrong with my tires! I am beyond pissed at this point. I would suggest you don't take your vehicle there and if you do keep an eye on what you are charged and what claims they submit through your warranty. Someone got paid on this claim and someone received new tires and it wasn't me. Shame on them, shady business.
