    0 Stars. A $29.99 item suddenly turned into $199 (potentially more) bill. This change was not noticeable. The fact that PayPal was unable to cancel the order indicates negative intent.

    Svelte is a rip off company taking advantage of people by charging them a monthly fee with no notification after a 7 day free trial on their service. Beware do not get sucked into their scam!!! They are thriving from ripping people off!!! I don't know how people like this can live with themselves taking advantage of people. Coach Mere, i hope you sleep well at night!!!

    Tried reaching Svelte to cancel the monthly fees before they started. The only contact info I could find was by email. I emailed them, with the cancelation but then I was still charged ***** besides paying the ***** for the free ******** far as I am concerned I am owed a total of $78.00.

    Ive been trying to reach Svelte for a complete refund and my text and email messages are all returned. In light of the 100% money back guarantee, it seems intentional to struggle with the refund request. I cannot this program to anyone in good conscience because of the poor customer service and lack of transparency when requesting a refund. I find it hard to believe this program can remain in business with such poor assistance and without clear processes to follow when requesting a refund. Scammers? After this experience, I tend to believe thats what its all about.***** S

    I want a refund but there is NO contact info on the transaction so I cant find a way to request a refund. ****** doesnt have their info. So this is suspicious since why cant I get their info to cancel the transaction. ***

    These people are scammers!!I bough metaboost thinking was once off charge and suddenly you find 80aud per month subscription On your credit card.I didnt not realised the charges until after 12 months. SCAMMERS! I want my money back as the advertisement was misleading and did not mention whatsoever any subscription. I have reported you to the ************************ and please anyone else that got scammed from this scam bags report them as well so they stop operating asap! Please refund all my money back asap from January last year! 12 months charges equates to 900 AUD.Scam bags Chiara
