  I would encourage people to not fall for this training program. I signed up for the "One and Done" one time purchase and have been charged monthly. To cancel online the page is difficult to figure out, there is a phone number which was answered and I was told my card would no longer be charged. This happened after I was offered a "lifetime" membership. Do not fall for this!

  DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!I purchased the $29 training and another free 7-day trial but unable to access it for 3 days now and they keep telling me "they were having technical issues" but should be able to access it already. Guess what, I'm still unable to access it!!! I called costumer service multiple times and even emailed them multiple times too!! It's BS and Frustrating! I spoke with ******* (costumer rep) and don't want to move my 7-day trial eventhough it wasn't my fault as I was not able to access it because of "technical issues"on their end and had the audacity telling me to pay $49. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ON THIS!!

  *************************** as a wellness coach you should be very ashamed of what you have sold yourself out to to make money. I started with an introductory offer and hoped for some good fitness instruction. You gave a very brief no details on how to get the most benefit out of the exercises you were demonstrating. Just a quick work out you could easily download on various ******* sites. The difference with your company it was all about getting your credit card info and upselling you, in my case without my knowledge. Svelte ** charged my card for over $700.00 after I canceled the program. I guess I join the rest in being duped.

  Charged me over $300 without the transaction being approved or seeing a final breakdown of price like you do for online purchases. I also recieved nothing for goods or services.I called them to cancel the charges, using the phone number link right from the website.When they answered it sounded like they repeatedly dropped the phone for a solid **** seconds. Once them managed to say hello, without identifying themselves, I told them they had charged me when I hadnt approved any purchase, and I would like the charges reversed.He promptly hung up on me. I'm now dealing with a fraud investigation through my bank.

  I have had success with this program. I purchased the basic program at the end of March and was only charged for that. You need to be very careful when checking out and not just click on everything. The program is very straightforward and the recipes are very easy with basic ingredients. The first time I went through the 10 day program I lost 6 lbs. I maintained then went on 3 weeks later and lost another 6lbs. Its a very healthy program. I also like her short workout videos which you can find on ******** I feel better and I am starting to get back to my goal weight.

  This program is fabulous. Easy to follow and it's the first time in years I've seen results. The program is value packed and full of tips for success. The site is motivational and each day you receive more helpful information to add to your tool belt to succeed. I am so happy I made the decision to move forward. This is no joke or scam. Know what you're signing up for and read carefully to be sure you know what you're purchasing, but rest assured, it's worth the money.

  I've read a lot of the reviews here, and am honestly so sorry that so many have had issues and complaints. I have had a great experience and thought it would be worth sharing.I purchased ********** in May of 2020. It took me a while to figure out how the program worked (that's on me), but I enjoyed the workouts in addition to other programs I was doing. I then purchased the MetaBoost program in September of 2022; again, no problems. This time I studied the program a little better and figured it out. I began rotating ********** and MetaBoost and had GREAT WORKOUTS. I am 56 and fit.I basically follow my own "similar" meal plan, and primarily plant based, to deal with Type 2 Diabetes. But her nutrition advice is spot on.**happy to say I am no longer diabetic; current A1c of 5.5 (normal range). I continue to enjoy a plethora of ******************************* ******* video workouts, as well as the two purchased program. Now, having shared my great experience with Svelte Training, I would also just like to add, for balance and honesty, that I have not had great responses when I've reached out with questions. HOWEVER...... I have not purchased a lifetime access program, so I understand that she has "paying" customers that have to be her priority. I am considering another purchase. I love her workouts. I love her personality. I love her sense of humor. I am thankful that I had a great experience and hope that others will just be kind and patient and work with customer service to resolve issues. And I also hope that on their end, Svelte can work to prevent these issues going forward. I am continuing to pursue burning visceral fluff; but I can't blame the program, when it's my body that is the issue. I have been doing fitness for over 25 years...... all great programs, and MY body just struggles to burn the fluff. Maybe now that my blood glucose is under control I will start to see changes happen NEVER GIVE UP.

  This woman is nothing but a scammer! Constantly trying to sell you something in hounding emails. And you call to cancel and they still try to keep half of the 60 day money back guarantee. And I guess I signed up for something extra I didn't even know about! NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!!!!!!

  The meal plans and recipes are great. No supplements, all natural foods, reduced bloating. Really like the smoothie recipes. A bit expensive with regards to some of the ingredients needed . Tried all the recipes and only found 1 that I didn't care for.

  I lové thé meal plans and recipes, they are so easy! First time to buy all the spices, nuts, and foundational items - and then fruits, veg and protein was expensive. Facebook group very helpful and many reporting weight loss. Customer service has been great. I made sure they cancelled the 49 dollar trial subscription before it expired. I had an issue with a shipment for green food powder and they refunded right away. I recommend the food and exercise but pay attention to what you buy. And agree, emails constantly come in yo cross sell other peoples products. Just be smart and enjoy.
