    an unexpected withdrawal of 49 (80.12AU) was taken from my Account. I have not accessed their service and wish a refund of that transaction and of the original purchase as well. I do not remember clicking on any extra services other then the program I signed up for. I now want a refund of both. i have tried to contact the company myself and have not received a response.

    I signed up for Svelte metaboost connection programme for $29. Separately I was told that I could schedule a call with a coach from Committed Coaches 100 to discuss options for one on one fitness training. I had a call with a coach and said I needed to know what the cost would be so he said he would send the information. He sent an invoice by email for $1200 as the cost of the training for 3 months, and on the same day that I received it I replied and said I would not be proceeding. A month later I got a ln email telling me that payment is past due. I emailed Svelte and Committed Coaches to let them know that I had not signed up for that service and their behaviour was fraudulent.

    After seeing ads on social media, I purchased a workout program called One and Done on 6/19/23, Order #: *******. The cost was $31.55. This program was advertised as a one-time purchase. I received a second order confirmation on 6/19/23, #******* for something called One Minute Abs + Svelte Life Series. The cost of this on the order confirmation was $0. I assumed this was a free add-on. There was no information on this confirmation about future billing, opting out, etc. I did not intentionally opt-in for any programs that I would be charged for in the future. Yesterday, 10/24/23 I received a notification from my bank about a possible fraudulent charge of $53.31 from SVTRAIN.COM. After further investigation, I found I was charged $53.31 by SVTRAIN.COM on 7/27/23, 8/26/23, 9/25/23, and now on 10/25/23. I never received any receipts or order confirmations after being charged on these dates, thus I did not know I was paying for this, nor was I using any additional services besides the One and Done program I purchased. I logged in to my Svelte account, there are no details about any programs I'm enrolled in, thus no ability to cancel or confirm receipts. Their site has a field to enter your email address to see what you are enrolled in that takes you to a page full of clickbait about getting a special deal on programs, but no personal enrollment info that's helpful. I called customer service today and requested a cancellation of services and was promised a refund for the charges on 9/25 and 10/25 because of their 60 day guarantee. I wanted to be refunded for all 4 charges but was told I opted in therefore I owed the charge. I did not intentionally and had no idea I was paying for this. I'm a regular computer user, make on-line purchases frequently and feel confident in purchasing items and services on-line. If I did opt-in, I'm confident in saying I was tricked into clicking on something. It's clear their practices are deceptive.

    I am rejecting this response because: your practices are predatory. I never received anything that told me I was being charged monthly for a service I don't know how to access, nor could I find how to cancel. No info in my account. No receipts for charges. No emails following up about this supposed service I signed up for. You say the cost is $49. I was charged $53.31, assume it includes tax, but no way of knowing because I never received a receipt for any of these charges nor are these charges available for review in my account. There are countless e-commerce platforms that allow customers to see purchase history, manage subscriptions, etc. This is the norm.

    Several of your responses to complaints here on BBB state "Improving Communication: We understand the importance of transparent communication, especially when it comes to subscription services. We're actively working to enhance our messaging to ensure that our customers fully understand the terms of the programs they are signing up for."

    You clearly have not changed your practices and you acknowledge you know your communication is poor. You have 76 complaints here on BBB. 

    While I realize you are unlikely to refund the rest of my money, I will not state that I am satisfied with your response. You are bilking your customers. I thought your services looked questionable, I took a chance, but wasn't wrong.

Also, our customer support is 24x7 you can contact us right away to cancel the subscription and get a refund if needed. We only offer 60-day money back guarantee. The most I can do is to offer you up to 120-days which is 4 months refund.

    At the beginning of October a $49.00 charge came through my bank account that I did not recognize. Using the bank information I discovered it came from Svelte Media. I remembered a one time purchase of $29 last February for the One and Done program but no other purchases. After checking all my statements, I found 8 months of $49.00 charges totaling $392.00. I called right away and the service rep.told me he cancelled the ongoing charges & would refund my money. In a few days 2 credits posted to my account for total $98.00. I realized quickly they did not intend to refund in full. I begin emailing & asking for all the unauthorized charges to be returned. I explained I live on Social Security so every ***** is needed and I would never agree to $49.00 a month for a fitness program. I sent 5 emails and they finally agreed to another $98 (2 payments) with the excuse that their policies didnt allow any more refunds. Thats a poor excuse in my opinion and I want the rest of the $196.00 they deducted. I decided to reach out through BBB after seeing others have had a similar experience in hopes that it will also help others.

In the 5 emails I sent & replied to I explained my financial situation of living on Social Security. I was bombarded with offers for other services when I paid for the One and Done plan.     I am rejecting this response because: I can assure you that there was no active intent on my part to purchase or even participate in a trial of the program I was charged for. ($49 X 8 months) I never accessed that site or used it in any way. I see from other numerous complaints on BBB & other complaint boards that I am not the only person this has happened to. 
    I want my money refunded in full. You know it is within your power and the right thing to do. I understand my personal situation of being on a fixed Social Security income is not your problem, but being out almost $200 for a service I never used or wanted is a big deal for me! I hope you are indeed reviewing this deceptive media packaging and will amend it for future prospective customers.

    My name is ******************************* and I would like to request a refund of an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I have noticed a monthly charge of $51.21 from Svelte Media, since 10/2023 (1 payment in total so far). I have not bought any service from that company nor agreed to any subscription. On 10/1/23 I bought the Meta boost program. It's supposed to be a ONE-TIME purchase of $30.31. The e-mail used for this purchase was ************************** and I have declined all the up-selling offers during the purchase process, so I kindly request you refund me the 1 payment of $51.21 and make sure that you cancel and remove my credit card information immediately.

    8/10-2023 was there a draft of 552,53 krowns drawn from my account by SVtrain.com *********** ** for something I did not order. I did not want to be in a group I only wanted the recipies I bought from you 3/10-2023. I do not want anything else from you.Could you please give the money back and not draw any more money from my bank account.

    I had watched a video on ******** and clicked on something to learn more. My credit card was charged $30.60 and have never authorized charges. I contacted the business and they keep telling me they didn't have products for that low of a price and that I didn't have a membership yet they charged me.

    Accidentally sigmed up for 7 day trial, received no information or access to the program other than a pending charge in my credit card, and could not find a way to cancel. My credit card has an attempted charge for $31.10. I WANT TO CANCEL. I do NOT want my card charged. I want my card number taken out, and no further charges, or subscriptions

    I set up a call, expecting that I would receive my weight loss program. I received a call from *****. I was told I have to pay an additional $1200 to get a guaranteed weight loss. So, I made payment arrangements. I was told that a coach would contact me immediately. I made the payment of $200. And now no response from ***** and no response from ****** who was emailing me all the information.

    Purchased a one time PDF file ($29) that required a subscription at $49/month. During purchase I was told I could cancel at any time. I immediately cancelled the subscription and never again tried to login to use the subscription. However, the subscription was never cancelled and I was charged for 6 months of subscription for a total of $294.When I realized I was being charged for a subscription I had cancelled I called the company and they only agreed to refund $98 (2 months). I would like a refund for the remaining 4 months that they didn't want to refund ($196).

    When I payed the $29 I though this was it, I have never received an e-mail with an invoice every month for the $49 and I think this is not fair. If you get a service I'm willing to pay it, but I never used the website and any of the things you offer because I though I couldn't, because it was only for a month. You don't make it clear for people, and I'm sure there are other complains about this. I will never recommend this site to any one!
