      The account services is poor, you have to put in a request to get your billing information removed. This company is behind and slow on their processes. A horrible customer service and experience.

      I would give them a 0 out of 5 if I could. This company represents the worst experience I've ever had in the tech, domain, hosting, and website industry. Their customer service is atrocious, their products are outdated, and they refuse to fix even the simplest issues.Our website, which was generating a healthy amount of traffic, was abruptly shut down by this company. Despite spending hours on chat and phone calls with their support team, they did nothing to resolve the issue. We're not talking about an excessive amount of traffic eitherjust around ****** visitors per month. Yet, they demanded additional purchases from us to reinstate our website. This level of service is unacceptable.

      Web.com/Network Solutions are unworthy of your business as they unreliable and their action border on fraud. We are a small (veteran focused) non profit. We discussed with Network solutions about upgrading our website as they told us the following year our renewal would be two thirds cheaper. After giving the contact they provided she told me that a draft would be available in 3 weeks, I provided her with things that had to corrected and update in the NEW site. 90% were not changed and they provided nothing new. To make things worse, the new email system, (WordPress 6.5) was not compatible with our work structure and could not be implemented. When I asked for a refund or partial refund they told us NO, because we were past the 3 day window to cancel, even thought they LIED about the transition steps to implement WordPress 6.5.Stay clear this organization and Do Not under any circumstances pay them upfront!

      For nearly 2 decades I have been a client of mydomain.com where I have 20 urls registered as well as hosting packages.Last week I received an email from web.com stating my account with mydomain.com was now with them. (Clearly they purchased the company.) Further it specifically stated that there would be No changes.Today, my first annual renewal for a url came through - all of my 20 domains were scheduled to renew for $21.99 each with my former service. My charge for a single domain today was $37.99. A 75% increase. There was no email prior to the renewal letting me know the renewal was coming, nor of the insane increased cost of it.I called customer service and spoke with someone in a call center who read off of a terrible script but didnt actually communicate with me. Might as well have been a recording.There was no concern or care over the charge/price increase that I didnt approve. She did offer me a discount of 25% of future renewals through the year if I pay up front. But considering how absurd the cost increase was, the discount was still a nearly 50% increase from what I was paying.Additionally, I can no longer see the costs of upcoming renewals on the back end of the website like I used to with my mydomain.com account. So I dont even know what the future charges will be, despite being automatic renewals.The company as a whole feels like a cash grab and scam predicated on preying on people subscribed to auto renewals of other companys that they acquire and **** the costs up on.

      SCAM ALERT. I paid for ****************************, was never told or emailed the terms, then they "built' me a website with inconsistent font, misaligned icons, inconsistent spacing, etc. Then cut me off. Never launched my site. I submitted changes twice, and there will still mistakes (my directions had screen shots.) I have called, chatted, and emailed and never get a reply. I have to call back to get a reply. This is a scam. Dispute the charges on your credit card and do not pay for these jokers.

      I was given a great price to host my website, now I know why. I had an issue registering my website with ******** search engine, and called web.com's tech support to find out that I need to purchase another service to register my site with search engines. At a MUCH, MUCH higher price than the hosting. So basically theu sold me a car with no engine. If I were you I'd find a reputable company to do business with unless you have a lot of money you don't want.

      I had a domain registered through them, and the domain was about the expire near the end of Jan, ****, according to the info shown on my account page on ********************. I tried to update the account info in last December but it was locked. Since I still had enough time, I waited until after the holidays before I called them, and requested to move the domain to godaddy. To my surprise, ******* simply claimed the domain was expired, and the date on my account was a mistake, and asked for over $300 to unlock it.

      This place is a scam. I pay for the monthly subscription and not all features are available. When I make this known, they refuse to refund or give partial credit. ZERO STARS

      This company is absolutely exhausting. I used to have a domain under Weebly with RComExpress.com, which was a great company to work with. Then ****** switched to working with Register.com, and this company will not leave me alone. They send nonstop email reminders six MONTHS before your domain expires, and then will double up on the email reminders the closer you get to an expiration. I have had the same website for more than 15 years, but they are so painfully annoying with the emails that I'm willing to take my chances by securing another domain SOLELY so I can get away from Register.com under the Web.com brand.

      Requested a refund for products purchased and they spewed ******** about it being policy that they cant refund monthly products. What a load of ****, a website company is always going to be some sort of monthly ****, so you cant do refunds?I requested a manager and suddenly they were able to help and me process my refund because I'm a very loyal customer... (this was my first month with their product)As of right now Im not even sure they actually processed a refund I think they were just trying to get me to shut up, they probably didnt even do **** but time will tell. Ironic since they spam you with dozens of emails and phone calls. Desperate af to scam you outta your money, go literally anywhere else.
