  I ordered a T C M Module for a 2006 chevy HHR LT 2.4 I Talked to MIKE he took the vin off of my car and found me the wright replacement took 2 days to program it correctly part looked Brand New I can say the whole experience was excellent for me, I will definetly use them again for my car needs have nothing bad to say quick service Plug and play , I'm Tom from Racine Wisconsin Thx for the quick service!

  They couldn't find our order at first and when they did they told us we used an old website of theirs and wanted to charge me an extra 150 for the same part.

  Order a Jeep computer got the email that stated computer had been programmed and was going to shipping and I would get a tracking number. A week later no tracking number, so I call they stated it was in shipping and apologized for the delay and would send it out next day delivery. I called back the next day because I had not received a tracking number and was told the unit failed testing and would be a few days for a new one. I said I was told last week and yesterday that it was through testing and in shipping, the guys say they were wrong or miscommunicated and why was I not told. He stated he didnt know and could not give me a date when it would be ready. I should have looked at the reviews this is a pattern with this company. Beware.

  I ordered a TCM for my 2000 JEEP CHEROKEE,they asked for the VIN and the card number and they gave me a time schedule.On all my questions and worries responded by e mail.They fell a little behind on schedule but the module came,was installed as per their instructions and it worked. I have no complaints.To me they were good.I hope i will not have to call them again but if i have i will.

  I ordered 2 PCM Jeep WJ Power Control Modules from ACR.I paid extra to have the *****Security Key Immobilizer Module on both bypassed in the program. The first was purchased in 2019 and the second in 2023.The 2019 module failed in Jan 2023. While waiting for the warranty repair I paid for an extra one to keep in the tool box in case.Both PCM's had been re-flashed/programmed and worked for a few hours.As verified by 2 senior mechanics-they were NEVER OPENED AND REPAIRED--the screws were seized and broke off on inspection. I had a month of aggravation and over a $1000 in towing and had to buy a Junk yard PCM -which works 100% for months now.1- The shipping was not free-it was $256 with custom charges.2- The warranty return shipping was at my cost-same $256 to and from my home in ******.3- Service at time of purchase is excellent! BUT! All failure warranty-emails and communications were ignored and not answered.4- Other seniors I had referred to them had problems with these PCM's--not total failures but stalling and neck jarring shifting at times.Some had engine missing and temperature control problems.5-As a Vet and retired Engineer on a limited income-I am saddened that an **************** did this to us.NOT a SINGLE ACR PCM was ever opened as per the dealers and garages--Re-flashed PERIOD6-The ******************* did refund me partial shipping but my $1000 towing+ the third PCM I paid to a local garage.7-So to sum up -the costs - ACR cost me 2 PCMs- (Scrap now) ~$800 CAN.Add a month of aggravation and the charges above.BEWARE PLEASE!Msgt *****

  I ordered an ECM for my 07 cadillac CTS for $440 back in October. After 3 weeks of waiting for a shipping confirmation email and never getting one I called. They stated someone had overlooked it on their desk and they would expedite it to testing and shipping immediately. It was delivered while I was out of state, when I returned home I installed it and it didn't correct the problem. Spent $170 at the dealer to test it and it came back faulty. I then had them send me a return label(I had to pay for) and received a refund email that it would be back on my card in 4-6 business days. This is day 20 since that email. I called twice inquiring where my refund was, the first rep out me on hold for 10 minutes then told me their computer system for doing refunds was down. I waited a week and called to be told their refund department is back up with orders to be refunded. I doordash and need to get my car running to receive a paycheck. Do not use this company the 5 star reviews are a lie. I hope the BBB can help me resolve this immediately.

  Advertised refurnished transmission control module (TCM). Send in your old one and they'll refurbish it and return it for almost $300. So I sent it in... Got it back.... It doesn't work properly. Went on their website, submitted a ticket, it's been a few weeks now and have heard nothing from them. I guess I got scammed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service or a scam, beware.

  The ignition locked up on my son's 2006 Jeep Command after getting gas, thus requiring the Jeep to be towed to his home and later to a Jeep dealership. Prior to this event he had noticed a symbol of a key with a line cross it displayed on the instrument panel. The Jeep had been cranking without any problem prior to this event. The ignition cylinder was changed, but the Jeep still would not crank, and my son suggested to the mechanic changing the SKIM (Sentry Key Immobilizer Module (vehicle security) . The SKIM for this vehicle was no longer available, thus the dealership stated there was nothing they could do to remedy the issue. The Jeep was towed back to his home. After searching the internet for a company that could bypass the SKIM issue, I came across All Computer Resources, Inc. I called them, and they were so courteous, addressed my concerns, and assisted me with choosing the right PCM (power control module) for this vehicle. The PCM with the SKIM detector deleted arrived within 3 business days, and I called to get the instructions on the procedures necessary once the PCM was installed. I am SO delighted that the Jeep started just as the person(s) in customer service stated it would.
  I am very happy that I decided to do business with All Computer Resources, Inc!!!!!!!!
  I highly recommend them if you have similar vehicle issues.
  I feel that All Computer Resources, Inc was a life saver -now my son can drive his Jeep to Work!!!
