    Computer did not work. I paid $340 and was returned $160. Do not buy from this company! I bought another one from carcomputerexchange worked perfectly.

    Horrible business to do business with. Their name is ALL COMPUTER RESOURCES yet couldn't fix the *** in my ****** I was told by a place who's business model is literally FIXING COMPUTERS that they couldn't fix my computer. ..SMFH!!! WHAT!? Then I was told they would send me back my part the following day. I am writing this nearly a WEEK after that conversation and they STILL haven't sent it back.... This place is a joke. Do NOT waste your money here!

    I purchased a PCM for my **** Dodge Dakota, which was diagnosed by my mechanic as needing another **** My truck was showing (no bus) on their scanner. While they were looking for one, I also looked online and found All computer resources website.ACR advertised plug and play. And that the computer would be programed to my vehicle ***. The first PCM I received seemed to work, but after a week, I started getting a check engine light. I also got a no bus code again. My mechanic told me that I got a bad **** I contacted ACR and they agreed to send me another **** 1 week later. I replaced the first PCM with the 2nd one they sent. Again the truck was running well, but I started getting random misfire codes (P0300), And P0172 codes on my OBD2. I tried to pull up my ***, but it couldn't find it.. I replaced all the coils, O2 sensors, and fuel injectors and could not fix the problems. took my truck to my mechanic, He told to check with ACR about the program they installed. I called ACR and spoke to a tech about the *** not showing up and I was told that it should have come up. He told me to send it back and they will check and repair it. I asked them to send me another PCM and I will return the 2nd one because I need my truck to get to work. He said it was past the 30 days and they couldn't do that. I told him I was going to take my truck to another mechanic to see if it could be something I missed. I took my truck to a mechanic by my work. He did another diagnostic test and couldn't find anything that would be causing the problems. I told him about the **** He said he doesn't think it was programmed to my truck. He could not find mi *** on his scanner, even when he tried to manually input it. He told me to contact ACR and get a refund. He didn't believe that they were reliable. I did contact ACR and they stuck with their 30 day return policy. I found an auto shop that will reprogram the **** It will cost me $225 to do what ACR didn't

    I checked this BBB website before I bought from them. I was a little skeptical but they offered a plug and play option and that's what I wanted. They emailed me everytime my part went to a new department and my order was shipped within a reasonable amount of time. It was the correct part and fixed my problem. I would recommend them if you need a computer for a vehicle.

    They tell you one thing and when you get the product it has the wrong info in it. Causing you to repay someone else to fix the problem. Was not comfortable sending the part back, because of the way they talk and handle business. Was kind of scared to do business with them because I had to ask the several times are they legit. Because they dont sound professional. Hard to reach them. When you do reach them they all have different information. Poor communication skills.

    This place will straight lie to your face on the phone tell you lie after lie telling you three day shipping and it will be Weeks Later the product was totally wrong it didn't even have the ***************** it's like these people have no idea what they're doing the people were rude they lied over and over and over again they try to overcharge my card and these people are just frauds do not I repeat do not go to this place for your computer they will mess it up and you will waste your time and money probably a month of time

    We ordered computer for my husbands **** **** F250 and have been waiting since 8-11-23 for a response. They charged his credit card so my husband called them and they are saying the order was cancelled 2 weeks age but didn't credit his card. His truck is at a shop waiting for the computer and is being charged $45 a day while we wait. Not very happy with this company and everyone should be aware of their customer service. The person actually hung up on him when he told her about the storage cost. I wouldn't even give them one star but in order to submit I have to choose one. Bad business.

    Dobt beleive the website when it says 2-3 day turn around. Thus company has poor communication in regards to your order. I placed an order on 6/29 with 2 day delivery abd expected to have the part delivered to my mechanic on 7/5. Never happend. I emailed the company and they inforn me they screwed up and had to start all over again with a new part and would let me know when it will be shipped. I received an email the next day telling me its onto the next process and will let me know when it will be shipped. I called and canceled the order and asked for a refund because my mechanic was going on vacation the following Friday and will not be there to receive it. I received an email and text saying my refund will be back in my account in 2 FULL BUSINESS DAYS. Well here we are 9 days later and still no refund. I just called and was told the person who handles refunds was out and somehow my refund was overlooked when they came back so the manager processed it while I was on the phone and it should be back by Monday. I told them it better be. So now I need to reorder the part with a different company and spend an extra $40 because they charge more just to get this part for my **** Plymouth Grand Voyager. Do not beleive their website.

    This place ***** you out of your money in a very intelligent way they say you have lifetime warranty but the owner does not stand behind it I know I spoke to him. He will put the blame on his technician and tell you to take it up with the technician and did I mention the technician only emails and the emails he sends are just steps to try to get their crappy product to work they sold me a damaged ECM I've had it checked by a mechanic and I even took it to a Chevrolet dealership both told me the same it's a damaged unit. and all computer resources will not replace it or refund my money pretty much I'm stuck with the broken ECM 200 and something dollars down the drain. And also forgot to mention their technician literally took four days to respond to me and today I received the email from him stating to not be calling the establishment so again this place is a scam I just wanted to upload this so it does not happen to anyone else
