    My part was defective within 3 months, and their response was to let them test it. They emailed me this:"If we conclude our tests and there are no issues found with the module, there will be a $50 test fee applied. 9 of 10 units returned for warranty are found to be in 100% working condition which is a result of misdiagnoses."So they are the ones who get to determine if the part is defective, and they are the ones who get $50 if they've decided it's not. How is this not malpractice? They do not stand by their products! Here's the full story:They lost the first star because it took 11 days to return a part they said would take 2 days. They told me repeatedly it was being sent back that day, and it wasnt. It was 4 stars then.They lost another 2 stars because it worked for only 3 months. I'm starting to get erratic shifting and the same TCM error codes again now. The mechanic said they didn't even sand blast it. Pretty much put in new electronics and slapped a sticker on it, but not much repair was actually done.They lost their final star due to the reasons above. If there is a third party who could test it, I'd send it there.

    Ordered ECM/TCM module 2006 Jeep Commander 4.7. The trans threw some overheat codes then start getting service 4 wheel drive messages. Soon after that it would not upshift, Got the module and installed it wearing the watch bracelet ground strap. The battery.had been disconnected about 35 minutes. After that all the issues were gone. Car runs like new and pulls the trailer like it's not there. So for me I had no issues and all success. I had gotten quotes to fix this problem in the thousands... rebuild trans, transfercase, etc. NOPE!! Just a new computer I replaced in minutes.. 3 bolts 3 plugs.

    Absolutely the worst place to order a pcm or anything related to whatever they sell they are running a scammer business they told me I ordered the wrong computer when it clearly states a 95 f250 7.3 diesel. They went ahead and sold me a pcm for 500 bucks that ended up being for a 95 ford gasser then tell me that if I want the right one I owe them 950 because the pcm I need is 1300 dollars why not tell me that when I ordered what’s the point of giving you the make model and vin of your vehicle if you guys won’t read it. People on the phone who don’t no a damn thing about anything said don’t send it back with the box and return label that came with the wrong ecu will send a box and new shipping label and have yet to see that so I sent them and email and they are now telling me to send it in the box with the return label that was with the ecu. Listen to the reviews people there’s a reason they have two stars and to be honest I wish they had less I wish I would have listen to the reviews in the first place don’t be me don’t get scammed by these people luckily they make you pay with credit card so I’ll be able to dispute this and get my money back
