***** this company at all costs. Ordered a **** for my van. I received the ***** which once installed caused me to lose the use of my blinkers, and eventually, my engine wouldn't crank. I went through all the trouble shooting and even put in the old ***** which managed to get my blinkers back. Then, after much emailing and calling, I got a return label to send it back for a refund. I paid $560.98 and was refunded $351.11. I emailed back asking about the remaining $209.87, but received no response. Then I called and spoke to a young woman who said the manager would call back. Then I got an email that evening stating the **** was tested and shown to be functioning, and the $209.87 was what they deducted. Again, no way that **** was functioning correctly. I responded, advising all that was done to verify it. Again, no response.I called back again and spoke to a lady who rushed me off the phone, stating a manager would call me back. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK. At this time, my van is still down, and my family has been robbed of $209.87 by a dishonest company.

Terrible company to do business with. Do yourself a favor and find another company. They kept my FICM and I had to tell them to refund my order. Which they needed a supervisor to "ok" even though they never sent me a replacement FICM and "couldn't locate" the one I sent them. So I'm out $250 that I'm sure they'll send to someone else as a refurbished unit. The worst customer service, did not return calls or emails. Still waiting on my refund....

Horrible customer service that took up to two weeks to respond to emails regarding my order, and then eventually stopped responding to my emails. I was notified that the company ran out of parts needed to repair the supposed already refurbished ECU that I purchased. Received incorrectly programmed ECU for my 94 Bronco and upon returning to *** facility, I noticed the shipping label they provided my with, did not have the ** code needed to ship part. I notified them of the issue and they responded by saying "I'm sorry of you're issue but we cannot provide any more info". Once paying $100 out of pocket to ship the part back, another month went by without hearing anything, and my emails and phone calls being ignored. I finally got a hold of the customer service person on the phone and they told me that they do not have the correct parts and cannot fix the product that they claimed went through "rigorous and extensive testing", and issued me a refund. A total of 3.5 months was spent in total, and in the end I am still left with no replacement ECU for my vehicle. Be aware of this company, and be aware that this *** is STILL listed on the website and on ****.

They refuse to honor a warranty. They offer no help or compromise. I'm highly unsatisfied and strongly recommend avoiding this business.

Horrible service! I sent my Town and Country Win Module in to be refurbished and they lost my part. When I called them back to replace it they asked for the part number (which I provided). I waited 2 weeks for the replacement. When we got the part it was a used module for a jeep not the town and country which was unusable. When i tried to contact the sales manager multiple times he did not return my calls as expected. Will not ever do business with this company again.

Ordered a PCM with SKIM removed for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I paid $338 for it and when I got it the installation process was fairly easy considering I never did it before and it worked great. The problem I had with the company was customer service. I originally called and spoke to a woman who assisted me in getting the proper part for my car. I was not yet ready to order so she gave me her direct extension and told me to call her back when I was ready. I call four separate times and left four separate messages and never received a call back. I finally decided to call and speak to another representative who again was very helpful. I wanted to pay through ******. So he advised he would send a link which I should receive in about two hours. Two days later I still had not received anything. I decided to order the part myself. I immediately received an order confirmation email. However after receiving no further word from them for almost two weeks I called to ascertain the status of my order. I was told that my *** had failed their quality test and they were awaiting parts. When asked why no one contacted me to advise the status, I was told I should have been. Anyway, I commend the company on the product but they have a problem with customer service. **** S

I wish I could give this nutjob of a company no stars because I have been conned. I ordered from ACR (without looking at the reviews) because I needed a new ECM for my car so I could pass inspection. The 2-3 day shipping was a flagrant lie and I waited well over 2 weeks to almost a damn month. I finally got the part and installed it, next you know my car starts to act weird. It was riding smooth before but my car started jerking like a fiend on a corner. After a while, the jerking stopped completely and I went to get my car inspected only to get hit with a "Not Ready" result. I have not had many ECMs installed but this was a SERIOUS first. At this moment, I'm very irate with this company because people are coming to them thinking that they are doing good business and they are screwing everyone over. A first time customer who will NEVER order from this place again

I purchased a PCM for my **** Dodge Dakota, which was diagnosed by my mechanic as needing another **** My truck was showing (no bus) on their scanner. While they were looking for one, I also looked online and found All computer resources website.ACR advertised plug and play. And that the computer would be programed to my vehicle ***. The first PCM I received seemed to work, but after a week, I started getting a check engine light. I also got a no bus code again. My mechanic told me that I got a bad **** I contacted ACR and they agreed to send me another **** 1 week later. I replaced the first PCM with the 2nd one they sent. Again the truck was running well, but I started getting random misfire codes (P0300), And P0172 codes on my OBD2. I tried to pull up my ***, but it couldn't find it.. I replaced all the coils, O2 sensors, and fuel injectors and could not fix the problems. took my truck to my mechanic, He told to check with ACR about the program they installed. I called ACR and spoke to a tech about the *** not showing up and I was told that it should have come up. He told me to send it back and they will check and repair it. I asked them to send me another PCM and I will return the 2nd one because I need my truck to get to work. He said it was past the 30 days and they couldn't do that. I told him I was going to take my truck to another mechanic to see if it could be something I missed. I took my truck to a mechanic by my work. He did another diagnostic test and couldn't find anything that would be causing the problems. I told him about the **** He said he doesn't think it was programmed to my truck. He could not find mi *** on his scanner, even when he tried to manually input it. He told me to contact ACR and get a refund. He didn't believe that they were reliable. I did contact ACR and they stuck with their 30 day return policy. I found an auto shop that will reprogram the **** It will cost me $225 to do what ACR didn't

I checked this BBB website before I bought from them. I was a little skeptical but they offered a plug and play option and that's what I wanted. They emailed me everytime my part went to a new department and my order was shipped within a reasonable amount of time. It was the correct part and fixed my problem. I would recommend them if you need a computer for a vehicle.
