Customers return request was approved as soon as we were notified. Customer then opened a dispute with there credit company so all information was handled there and we were advised to no longer deal with customer directly. Better Business Bureau:To my knowledge, I was never notified the company had approved a return request, and I never received said return label, otherwise, I would have sent the product back to them long ago and avoided this situation.
(I called several times left voice messages, sent emails that went answered, that's why I opened a dispute.)
The ************** never informed me they had told the company not to deal with me directly, kindly provide me the name, email, & phone number of the credit company who stated that.
-"It is my understanding the business will send me a return label."
Preferably, send me the label VIA EMAIL. Please, email me the label no later than Friday, October 6, to avoid loss in the mail and further delays.

I have attached 3 files as "Proof of Mailing" of the computer part (ecm) via a *** label provided by All Computer Resources. They should receive the package Saturday, October 21.
Starting Monday, October 23, each day of the week I will be in contact with ****, to ascertain the refund in the amount of $215.00 (as promised by All Computer Resources) has been processed and credited back into my credit card.
Immediately upon confirmation from ***** I will notify you/BBB SE, to close this case.
Due to the high number of complaints, and to avoid future ones, "All Computer Resources" would benefit to: 1. Investigate Quality Control 2. Assign a responsible employee to oversee customers complaints 3. Have their own email account rather than using zendesk desk.

On 8/16/2023 I ordered a remanufactured power train control module which would take several days to rebuild and test before shipment. On 8/17/2023 I called and cancelled the order before any work was started. Roughly one week later no refund was issued. So I called and their customer service stated there was a hiccup in the system and would refund my money within 3 business days. 3 weeks later there is still no refund. This company defrauded me, I ordered the computer for my truck online, the picture matched the *** I needed, I called multiple times about when my order was being shipped and was lied to on the phone once saying it was in the sanding and **************, another time saying that it wasn't flashed correctly, and multiple times them telling me different dates that it was going to ship out, they had no option to send me the right ***, refunded partial amount and then held back $50, had to call multiple times finally got a hold of manager this company is defrauding users online saying that the computer that they ordered cost more than what their online prices are this place is a bunch of frauds and scammers and they deserve to be punished to the fullest extent of ******* law for trying to defraud people and causing them stress, undue stress and wasted time this company I would never deal with and I wouldn't pick my worst enemy to go there or use them they sent me the wrong computer female to female connectors which doesn't connect, and the *** was painted with a rattle can because you could still see the silver backing of when they sanded it, saying that caused them to delay shipping another 3 days, right on their website it shows the delivery time it was not correct I ordered on August 8th and wasn't received till the end of the month, this place I would never have any dealings with ever again and they deserve to have a one-star rating With Better Business Bureau with this many times as they were fraudulent and manipulative with me as a customerBusiness Response

All computer resources took my order on 8/9/23 & advised it would be shipped 8/11/23. Never received communication from them and called on 8/15/23 to be told order still not fulfilled and it would be sent out via *** 2 day on 8/21/23. As of today we've received nothing. I purchased a pcm from them and having problems with it. *** contacted them about the problem several times they sent me several solutions and none worked. The last thing they wanted is for me to return it and pay shipping both way, they never mentioned that when i first bought it. Plus if they dont find anything wrong i have to pay them $50 for checking it. Im supposed hav a warranty but the way i see it there are just trying to get more money out of me. All Computer Resources *** On 10/20/2022 I ordered a Computer (***) for my **** ****** Camry. $****** The car would not start and was showing a P1300 code. The ******* center installed the *** unit from All Computer Resources and got the vehicle running. About 2 months later, the car stopped running and was towed in, taken to another ******* center where they found a P1300 code indicating the computer issue again. I returned this computer to ACR and they found it to be bad. They sent out another ***. The service center install a 2 nd *** and the car would Not run / start. The Car was reading out a P1300 code still. The service center did some troubleshooting and found there was no signal going to the coil from the ***. This 2 nd computer was returned to ACR again for testing. They found this 2 nd computer to be bad again. A 3 rd computer was sent out to me. The service center installed it, and the car would not run / start. Troubleshooting it, the *** was not working and still showed a P1300 code. At this point, the service center was up set with me, and they got me a computer installed it and the car started right up. I was without the car for 6+ months and 3 computers from ACR did not work. I am now asking for a refund and All Computer Resources is telling me there is no refund because its out of the 30 day Refund Window . No where on the Web site is there anything about a 30 day refund window or policy. I surely believe a refund is due to me, being these computers were bad. This has cost me over $ ******* +. Hello, Last week 8/10 I send back a computer sent to me by ACR that I do not need. A return ship label was sent with it. My car is running with a computer the service center got, after 3 computers were sent to that did not work. I received an email on 8/14 that they received it and were testing it. March 20 2023 I ordered a part from All Computer Resources order #****** for ****** I did not need the part so I sent back and they got it back on 4 14 2023 I been waiting they keep saying 3 day
