    On Dec. 17, 2023, I ordered two long-sleeved fishing shirts from Salt Devils. I received an email confirming my order, which said my order would take two to four weeks to be shipped. I thought that was a little long, but was willing to wait. I also received an email on Dec. 23, 2023 reiterating the two to four week processing time. It has now been 12 weeks since I placed the order. I have emailed the company three times, including right before I made this complaint, and have heard nothing from any of these inquiries. At this point I am pretty sure I'll never see the shirts or my money.

    I placed an order in December 2023 and never received my order. I received several emails about my order and responded back. Then they stopped responding to my emails.

    On December 8 2023 i placed a order with salt devils through their website. Which now no longer exists. Order # ****** for 2 shirts. I received a confirmation order emailed. And 2 follow up emails saying the products were in the priduction line and taking longer than expected due to the holidays. Today is 8 March 2024. I still have not received my order. Emails go unanswered. The ******** page has also been removed. At this point i just want my money back.

    Ordered two shirts the beginning of December 2023. Received confirmation of the order and 2 emails later in the stating that the shirts were in process. We have received nothing from this company since, no shirts and no refund. We hat tried contacting them through email and phone, with no response. We are assuming at this point that they have taken our money and shut down the business.

    1. On 12/11/23 I placed an order with Salt Devils and paid them $45.80 2. Their website said production time 2-4 weeks (and still does)3. On 1/3/23 I received an email saying "the production was just a few days away and would recceive an email update shortly.4. I have since emialed them 3 times demanding the merchandise or a full refund. 5. I have not received a refund, nor a reply from them 6. I called both phone numbers listed being ************* and ************* and you cannot leavea message in adition to nobody andwering the phone.

    Ordered a shirt from them... Was told 7 weeks. Tried multiple times to contact and find out what was happening with product.. no response to email..

    I purchased 2 shirts the beginning of December 2023 for my son's Xmas gifts. I never got the shirts. I called and emailed several times with no avail. Just a recording for me to "hold my shirts" they are behind. Months later, No shirts,No refund and No response. I would not recommend this company

    i ORDERED 3 SHIRTS FROM SALT DEVILS ON 12/26/2023 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM AND ITS 2/12/2024. THEY WERE EMAILING ME WITH UP DATES BUT THAT HAS STOPPED. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL NUMEROUS TIMES AND EMAILED THE COMPANY NUMEROUS TIME WITH NO RESULTS. ALL I WANT IS MY 3 SHIRTS THAT I PAID FOR ALREADY.
