    Horrible customer service never answered the phone and when they do they just dry hang up on you never gotten my issues resolved I would not recommend too anyone even if it's free form the government and my my issues still remains unsolved

    I never received a SIM card. So I never used their service! They took money from ACP but I was with another carrier so it made my bill higher with that company!Since I never had service with them but they took my money I would say crappy company beware!

    I can't use the ************* where I live. And I thought it was a free tablet but Unity took $30 credits from my long term internet provider which is going to raise my Internet bill up to $70+ a month instead of the usual $12.77 a month I've been paying every month for over 3 years now. I've tried calling the company but they referred me to go to their website then the automated voice ended the call. I've emailed customer service and emailed the company to end their service etc but it's been days now with nothing from them. I do not recommend them and I would NOT give them any stars. I'd rather have Bevcomm (my internet provider) then Unity Wireless!

    Upon checking your account, we see that you applied for our services on 12/17 and received a tablet. Although we dont see any email or phone conversations pertaining to the cancellation of your account, we went ahead and cancelled your subscription to Unity Wireless effective immediately, and you will not be transferred back. Please note that Unity Wireless is a provider for the affordable connectivity program, with a goal to connect eligible customers throughout *****************. Our commitment to this mission is upheld through our provision of reliable, economical, and high-quality connected devices to qualified low-income individuals, as well as those who participate in government programs like SNAP, ********* and SSI. Therefore, you are only allowed to have ACP with only one provider, this is the reason why you were transferred out from your previous carrier. However, rest assured, you will be able to have your benefits with the provider you wish to choose, since you are no longer with Unity Wireless.

    This company ***** it's customers by getting their info so they can steal their ACP benefits without consent and when you try to cancel or get a hold of them you can't. I have already reported them 3 times to the government for fraud but they still keep stealing my ACP benefits even after I cancel. TOTAL **** STAY FAR AWAY.

    I received the tablet promptly but I have had a very hard time being able to use the data / internet It says there is no connection and I have no idea how to use the messaging either like it says I have to pair to a phone but that was the whole reason I needed the service cause I aint got no phone ??? I and I keep seeing in my email its unlimited text unlimited call and unlimited data so I would love to be able to figure this out so I could use it correctly

    One satisfied customer with **********************! The application process was easy for the *** benefits. Thank you for approving my application for ***! I plan to purchase one of your phone devices for my *** sim card. I am so excited about starting service with Unity Wireless. I can't afford to pay for a prepaid phone service so thankful for the free *** benefits! I can't wait to start using Unity!

    So far so good - I asked and they gave. My other free government service has been contacting me non-stop since i switched but I never got a tablet from them and they send me message saying continue my service.. I will let you know how good they after i get the new tablet and phone.
