    Service is c*** will cut off for no danm reason what so ever this is the 2nd time and no one will contact me or male it right

    We apologize as this seems to be an issue from possibly another carrier whom you've been with in the past, they keep transferring your account out, and we then get notified and move you back with us since you want to continue with our service. As of now, you are back with our service, please reboot your device, and you should be good to go.

    They are the worst company!!! They never answer the phone. I been trying since before **** & no answer. I then went to emailing & they said I had to call. I said I been calling & nobody answers. Yesterday finally I got someone to help me with getting the lock on the *** card. First off, why in Gods green earth would you do that to start with? He said he did something & to hang up he fixed it & try texting & calling & if any issues call back. I told him I can do that while on the phone with him. I told him it's still not working. He insisted it was fine. I said no it's not the text still not sending & calls there's no dial tone & no ringing. He said that's fine it's working & hung up. I called back & got a woman this ********** was as useless as the guy. I told her if you don't know how to do your job give me someone who can. This is my 2nd call & this needs to be fixed. She said to send an email & take a video of it and she hung up. OMG nobody wants to help me & this been going on since before Xmas. I am disabled & got stuck in the snow ??? & could not make it up a hill & had to walk home with a puppy in my sweatshirt so she didn't freeze to death. I didn't have a working phone to get help. I have a bad heart only working at 20%. ************************************************** This could have ended very badly! Then the next day I had to walk back to my car & dig it out so I could take it home. My dogs had no food because it was all in the trunk of my car. I have gone through 2 *** cards & still this is where I end up because of a horrible company that has idiots working there! How much longer do I have to go without a phone!?

    I applied for tablet but instead they sent a SIM card and it also canceled my discount and my bill went up very high and I cant afford to pay my bill

    Upon checking your account we see that you were only approved for a sim card. If you are interested in a device, please give us a call at ********** or email us at **********************************.

    Also, your account has been transferred back to our system. To regain access to your services, you simply need to restart your device.

    It's also advisable to reach out to your previous phone service provider and ask them to stop any ongoing service transfer process. This precautionary step will prevent any unauthorized service transfer that could lead to interruptions.

    They are rude and if you transfer out they will go ave get your acp back from your new carrier. Do not go with unity, find another telecommunications company. Trust me.

    So I signed up for an unlimited talk text and unlimited high speed data plan. I got approved, phone sent to me, then find out they only gave me 1 GB of high speed data! So I call and tell them I signed up on a plan for unlimited high speed data and I need that data because I'm working on getting my birth certificate and social security card online from another state and working on finding employment. He said Ah yes I'm sorry about that I can fix that bo problem, just turn off your phone, wait 5 minutes and turn it back on and your unlimited data plan will be on there, mind you 1 GB lasted an hour before it ran out. So I did what he said and got on, checked my account to find out he gave me 5 GB. Then the next day my phone showed my service was suspended, I couldn't make calls, text or get online, I got to a wifi hotspot that's about a mile away and check my account, it shows active.. so I restarted my phone to see if that would fix it. It starts to boot up then has a message come up saying that my phone is corrupted so now it doesn't work at all, so I do a factory reset on it.. ***** says the same thing.. I'm not impressed

    Although our service is advertised as "unlimited," we do have certain thresholds in place to prevent any misuse or abnormal behavior. Depending on your usage patterns, you may be transitioned to different tiers. While your data is indeed unlimited, it is important to note that speeds are capped at 128KBPS, and if you exceed your high-speed data limit, you will experience a reduction in speed. Your account has been transferred back to our system. It's also advisable to reach out to your previous phone service provider and ask them to stop any ongoing service transfer process. This precautionary step will prevent any unauthorized service transfer that could lead to interruptions.

    Horrible customer service never answered the phone and when they do they just dry hang up on you never gotten my issues resolved I would not recommend too anyone even if it's free form the government and my my issues still remains unsolved
