    Nice tablet! I cant open it because I forgot my pin #!! Anyway, After reading the reviews I am going to send the tablet back because I cant afford ANY PAYMENTS!!!!Please send me a return address sticker!!

    Hi there, 

    Please try to perform a hard reset on your tablet


    Turn off your device.
    Press and hold the Volume down and Power buttons until the OX tab logo appears, and immediately release the Power button while still holding the Volume down button.
    You will now see a list of options in Chinese. You may let go of the Volume Down button when you get to this screen.
    Use the Volume Down button to cycle down to the 6th option (should say eMMC) and use the Power button to select the option.
    Allow 3-4 minutes for the factory reset to complete.
    Now you can set up the device from the beginning.

    We're uncertain which reviews you're referring to, but please be assured that there are no required payments for the tablet.

    This company is nothing but a scam. They have no respect and repeatedly lie over and over. Then they hound and hound you when you tell them you want nothing to do with their lies. They send email after email even when you tell them to stop. Something should be done about a company that lies about what you are signing up for and getting. They just want your information. Then they will tell you to try again over and over. Then to top it all off they try to sell you a 20 dollar phone for 80 dollars and that's what it's really about. Hook you and try and make you pay for a very over priced product! This company gets a minus 5! But it won't let me do that.

However, based on the information obtained from NLAD, it appears that you have either already received the tablet or were denied for other reasons. As a result, you only qualified for a SIM card, which can be inserted into any unlocked or ******** device you own.

    In light of your request to cancel your account, we have promptly terminated your Unity Wireless subscription. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and saddened that we were unable to meet your expectations.

    Unity Wireless is the BEST! I received my Free Tablet quickly! After filling out information on Application. I only had about a week before it arrived. The Tablet works very well, and I can also make calls on it. Just LOVE IT!!! Thankbyou, Unity Wireless!

    The phone is a piece of junk, no service and speaking to customer service for a total time of over 5 hours over many days. They made a promise to replace the **** card didn't work then sending a new phone , never got the phone so I went with a lot better phone company ok I pay money to have service, but it better than no service
