    I'm impressed with the attention to detail. They were very prompt with the call, and the representative gave me lots of information and answered all of my questions. We actually were on the phone for an hour and a half, but I never felt rushed; he was always courteous and accommodating with information.I was given specific information about the next step, and everything was just laid out for me. Their follow-through is excellent.I am really thrilled with their guarantee, and I look forward to finally getting rid of my timeshare burden.

    Well, so far, I am very impressed with the staff at ACA Group.     At first, I was skeptical when I was contacted by the ACA Group when they said that they can help me end my Timesare obligations, which I no longer use. I do not use Timeshare resorts like I used to in years past, and I had found out cancelling a Timeshare obligation was not easy. Even though I had stopped using my Timeshares, there were still the monthly maintenance fees, etc.ACA Group had walked me through how they intend to help me get rid of the Timeshare from start to finish. As with any legal matters, it took time (20+ months) to finally get things resolved to end my Timeshare obligations, but ACA Group was there with me all the way to the end (of the Timeshare).It was a relief when I had received the letter from ACA Group that I am finally free of any obligations with my timeshare - no more maintenance fees, etc.

    Dave did an awesome job explaining everything to us and answering any questions that we had. The procedure was very simple and easy. Basically all my husband and I had to do was sign the document in afew places and ACA took care of the rest.

    They are THE WORST company I've ever dealt with. First you get a representative to get you into the program and then you get many others from the company calling you either for payment or to tell you the same stories that you just heard from someone else. Then if you don't pay, you're told lies from all and the first representative, that told you to call him if you had any questions, can't be contacted, The run-around they give you makes you want to scream and they don't want to lose the money that you're to pay so you have a hard time cancelling the contract.I was told to sign the contract and then read it later, This is just what happened when I bought the time share! Really, I never heard about signing a contract without reading it first.I'm trying to get out of this "circus" and look elsewhere. I suggest you not get caught like me!!

    To clarify, we never pressure anyone into doing business with us. When you initially inquired about our services on January 21st, we provided a detailed explanation of our process, and you voluntarily chose to move forward. As part of our standard procedure, all clients are given the opportunity to review and fully understand the service agreement before signing, ensuring they are comfortable with the terms.
    We recognize there was a miscommunication regarding the timing of your initial payment. While our team did begin work on your case immediatelyas we do for all of our clientswe also took steps to honor your request for a post-dated payment. However, when our *************** team conducted a routine welcome call to confirm your enrollment and review next steps, we also verified your payment details and received verbal authorization to process the initial charge. Unfortunately, when we attempted to process the payment, it was declined, at which point we reached out to notify you. It became clear that there was a misunderstanding regarding the agreed-upon payment date, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion this caused.
    We also deeply regret that this situation led to frustration on your end. Our Senior Advisor attempted to address your concerns and clarify the issue, but we understand that emotions were high. Out of respect for your wishes and to prevent any further distress, we honored your request to cancel your file, ensuring you were not charged anything. Additionally, our CEO personally reached out via email with a sincere apology, as we wanted to acknowledge your concerns while giving you space rather than adding further stress with another phone call.
    At ACA Group, we take responsibility when mistakes occur, and we are committed to making things right whenever possible. We deeply regret that this situation led to dissatisfaction on your part, but please know that our intention was never to mislead or cause frustration. We remain open to assisting you in the future should you decide to revisit your timeshare exit options, and we wish you all the best moving forward.
