  I want to thank ACA group for the work they have done. I bought my timeshare over 30 years ago in ****** and used it for many years. The last few years we have been unable to use it, so I contacted a timeshare exit company and paid them thousands of dollars. The company went into bankruptcy and I lost all my money.., so I was VERY apprehensive about going through the process again. But after a lot of research I contacted ACA in August of 2021 and signed a contract with them .I had all my documents lost in a flood a few years ago and the whole process was completed with only a copy of my latest maintenance invoice . Less than a year later ACA had my ownership transferred and I am no longer the owner and am not responsible for any other fees from my resort. The staff at ACA were very pleasant and kept in constant communication with me.

  We purchased a time-share in the '80s not understanding that there was no way out even for our children. Many other practices of illegal selling were used on ** that we were not aware of. Luckily we contacted ACA group and learned about these practices and that we would be able to get rid of a financial burden. The people we dealt with at ACA were all professional and upbeat and once they had our time-share paperwork they followed through with everything they promised. They contacted ** every couple of months to give ** updates and always called back quickly if I had to call them. We started the process in April and didn't even receive the yearly maintenance bill in June. As of the end of October we are officially free of the time-share. I think the ACA group has done a fantastic job.

  You guys call every week. You know my name so it's not an accidental dial. I have never in my life had a timeshare or even inquired about one. If you aren't a scam then you're just a real pain in the ***. I'm sure we'll talk again next week.

  Hello Mr. *****, We are so sorry to hear about constant calls that you have been receiving. We are responding to this review to let you know that we have never contacted you. Unfortunately their are a lot of companies that cold call alleged timeshare owners. We are not one of those companies. The only way that we would call you is if you contacted us first looking for help and if you told us you were not interested we would never waste your time or ours by calling someone who has no interest or need of our services. Again we apologize for the calls and hope that they stop calling you.

  I have been getting calls about one a week from a company called ACA Group. Maybe there is another one it I doubt it. Calls all start with " we are calling you because you requested information about a timeshare that I own". I started letting the sales pitch go and then I get connected to an agent from ACA. If it's not you that would be quite a coincidence that there is another company with the same name. My gu as is it's you and unfortunately real reviews make you look bad. Sorry sometimes truth hurts.
