  I called ACA group extremely stressed out and totally lost because I couldn't get out of my timeshare and I was very scared. they were polite they always answered the phone. What a wonderful company my timeshare is canceled they did everything for me they kept me informed even though I was skeptical but they were so nice and got the job done I am I'm share free thank you ACA group I highly recommend this company

  It was a relief to hear from concerned professionals that trying to get out of our timeshare is a troubling but not impossible feat. The cost was considerably higher than we expected but the process was simple and we were informed at each step.After just a few months, the result is that we are now free and clear of the timeshare and will advise everyone we know against getting involved in timeshares.

  Everyone seems polite and interested in case. They called me about a contact person for my case. They gave me 3 different people in the same phone call. Not sure who to call The early process was a little slow. Took them 3 weeks to decide if they wanted to take my case. Seems like a good company but a little expensive. Cost of hiring ACA depends on the amount of money still owed on timeshare. I owe ****** and the cost is $7000. They will finance there cost of payments.

  I only gave 4/5 because I didnt actually go through with it, but what I did experience was 5/5. I actually did get a loan with their bank to pay off my TS. I had a three day period where I could change my mind. I ended up changing my mind because the resort let me out at a cheaper rate. However ACA did not give me any grief about canceling. They sent me an email confirming my cancellation right then and they also contacted the bank and told them I cancelled and wouldnt need the loan anymore. So because they did that, I think it would be everything they say it would have been had I gone through with it.

  We are so grateful for the work the ACA Group did to releave ** from the financial burden of a timeshare we never used. They were a great group very professional and kept ** up to date on their progress. we got the news sooner than anticipated that we were no longer owners and no more maintenance fees. We are so ever grateful. Thanks so much ACA Group.

  ACA was very prompt in calling ** back and explaining their process. I decided not to use them after I did some homework and found out about a buy back option from another website. I only owed 700 on my timeshare and ****** bought it back and got another ***************************************** on the service for over 5k, they should be more upfront about all your options not just making a sale. Im sure once you hire them they do good work but thats not what all clients need. In the future I hope their more transparent about the process and your options not just trying to make a sale.

  This company has been calling me for quite a while trying to get me to use them to cancel my timeshare. After spending about an hour and a half in two different phone calls with them I asked to see a copy of the agreement I would be signing so I can review and get back to them in a couple of days. The representative refused to send the agreement and told me he wasn't sure who I was and for all they know I could work for the timeshare company. They want you to sign their agreement while you're on the phone with them. Seems like another timeshare presentation to me. The last agreement I signed in a hurry was the one for the timeshare I want to get dissolve. Seems a little fishy to me.

  Today we are celebrating the dissolution of our timeshare. We owe it all to ACA! I can't tell you what it means to not have to pay for something that we can't and don't use! We put our faith in this group and we got a call that it was ALL GONE! No more maintenance fees, no more phone calls about not enough points, or not available. We love ACA and they proved to us they could get the job done. The team that they put on our case were diligent and very good to work with. They kept us informed along the way so we never felt like we were out of the loop. If you like paying for your time ******************'t call them, but if you want to get rid of it like us-CALL THEM RIGHT AWAY!********************

  I am thankful for the ACA Group. They kept me informed and I felt much more comfortable than the first timeshare cancellation group I was with. Those crooks took our money and ran! I was ***** of of signing up for a second time but all is well! It is over! Thank you!

  ACA Group was an amazing experience! They did all the work and didnt hound me with every little detail. Whenever they had substantial information, they notified me. Highly recommend ACA Group for exiting timeshare. Thank you!
