  I am beyond ecstatic. Finally, in working with the ACA group, they were able to get my Timeshare cancelled. They were completely professional and kept me apprised every step of the way.   ACA Group was very easy to work with it. It only took me about 9 months to get out of my timeshare. Although, a little pricey, it was well worth what I was going to have to spend for the duration of the timeshare as maintenance fees continued to rise higher and higher. The group guided me through every step, kept me in constant contact with them, and let me know what was transpiring through it all. They were very personable and willing and ready to answer all of my questions. The only regret I have is not contacting them sooner.

  So far, all the staff that we have spoken with seem to know their business and are not pressuring us at all. We feel good about their goals and getting us out of our time share. Time will tell, but all very patient and kind people.
