  My husband and I were trapped in 2 timeshares,so I called them yesterday. They really care about what your going through and listen to everything you tell them. My husband and I are very grateful that their are still people who truly want to help you. We have just begun our journey to get out of timeshares and cannot wait to be free.   This company called me to help me exit my timeshare. On the initial screening call I explained this was an inherited time share and that I was the sole person on the deed. I apparently passed the initial screening as they set up an hour long call for today with a senior specialist. Their 15 minute advance call to confirm said since I was married my wife had to be part of the call. That was not explained before they set the call up and is unnecessary as the property is deeded in my name only. Turns out this has been a total waste of my time Ive already given this company and they sound just like all the other companies promising to get you out of your time share for a hefty fee. I would not recommend this company at all.

  Hearing about the countless scams out in the world and having a personal experience of family members being scammed by a timeshare exit company, I was REALLY leery and skeptical about signing a contract with ACA. However, the experience with the representatives that I have spoken to have been great. They were very patient and helpful. I liked how they were not pushy or forceful, which is a major turn off for me. They made me feel like they are really here to help me and that my opinions and feelings mattered.   We had our initial contact today. Each person was professional and explained issues and options clearly. We were looking to divest ourselves of 2 timeshares. Our senior advisor listened to our reasons carefully and gave unique treatment to each. He directed us on how to handle relinquishing one of the properties on our own without any legal cost to us. I have initiated that course and will await its outcome.He presented the second property to their legal team and they agreed to take on the process of terminating that contract. That process has also been initiated. The total cost was clearly spelled out. It is not an insignificant amount, but will result in less stress in our lives and in the lives of our children over time.I am optimistic that in a few months, both properties will no longer be our responsibility. I am pleased with the work of one afternoon.
