  They were very very knowledgeable with situations we were facing. Very helpful and didnt try to be pushy and was able to help us 100. Walked us through while beginning process and very nice. They took their time to explain everything to us and also did everything they said they were going to do. I couldnt have been more happier for making the call. I highly recommend them to anyone.

  At first I was nervous and thought is this going to be a trap, then once we decided to go with ACA, we were directed to finance for a loan and again thought is this a scam. After getting stuck with GEVC Timeshare its hard to trust and I get anxiety. However, so far things are going great! Literally just started the process yesterday. Our caseworker called today to go over the details of whats to come and then clarified if the retainer for $500 was ok to be withdrawn today, we had already given the card info last night, yet no money was taken until our caseworker spoke with us today confirming we still wanted to proceed. I feel confident that we made the right choice in going with ACA and Im happy we wont be stuck with this timeshare for life.

  ACA Group has been very helpful in the 1st stage of getting me out of this timeshare contract. Most professional. They make every step easy and theyre doing everything. All you have to do is provide the information. I did compare prices and they were much lower. And their track record is pretty impressive.

  My wife an I had a good experience cancelling out time share with the ACA Group. The process took about 1 yr to the date we signed a contract with ACA but our timeshare was paid in full before we started the cancelling process. ACA Group kept us updated on the process every 90 days . I do admit after the first 6 months I had my doubts if the timeshare would cancel in a year or less without more fees being needed. Instead ACA assured us things were looking good and to have patience. Additional fees were not needed and were not requested. ACA Group had great communication with us and you can trust them when they say they will get you out of your timeshare.
