    Im so confused? I was trying to just order a new social security card and thought this was the way to get one and just got scammed out of $64.50. You can get one at a **** website for free. Id like a refund this is ridiculous.

Nothing was charged to you, but sometimes banks will put a temporary hold on your funds even before a transaction is completed successfully.  This hold usually lasts for just a couple of days.     Wanted to get a new social security card and was in a hurry so i clicked on this website, they charged me $40 for nothing. I figured out SS cards are free soon after, just wish i could get my money back at least.

    I need to replace my SS card. When I did a search this company came up and made it seem like I could get my SS card faster than waiting on mail. I thought they were apart of the the *** as thier initial site said it would be expedited. I need my card so I can start working at my new job. It was spendy, but I thought that it was because I would get a digital copy of my SS card. Well, it is the application form with instructions. I can get this online from the *** for free. I cannot find the site now to take a pic and send it to you to show how deceiving it is. I am a young man trying to take care of my business on my own like an adult and realized too late that this company was not legit with its advertising. All I want is my money back. I cannot afford to lose out on wasted funds on something that is free. I feel that this misleading site needs a BIG disclaimer so that others are not screwed over by them. I hope yo can help me get my money back and put a warning about this company out there for everyone. Thank you for your time.     Also, the checkbox for the customer to acknowledge the terms and conditions before placing the order also states: "I also understand that the ****************************** supplies blank forms and instructions for new and replacement cards free of charge. Nevertheless, I wish to use easy-apply' services with personalized instructions to fill out the SS-5 form alongside all additional services provided herein."  Which the customer has to check **** that they agree before moving on to the next page. 
    Many people find it difficult to locate instructions and to fill out government forms, thus  seek the help of assistants like ours.     I thought I was applying for a social security card and gave all of my information. Them I realized that I should've just done it on my social security site. Now I am afraid that they have all of my personal information. I am so scared.

    I went to the ****************************** web page to fill in an application for a replacement social security card. - It wasn't the **** it was Easy Apply's web page, and they had a big button to click to apply for a replacement social security card.I entered all the information (my name DOB, SSN, mothers maiden name, etc) as requested and then paid $64.50 and was told an email package would come through for me within an hour. The last page after you hit submit says "in a few moments YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL containing your package and instructions"... and "if you don't receive your message within the next hour, please notify our support team right away". 1. no package came 2. on the last place it says that they are not associated with the *** in any way, and that is not made clear until you have paid. 3. They have a phone number posted if you have issues, to just call, but when you call ************ (with agents available 9 AM - 5 PM ET, sthey say ) they direct you to send them an email, and in response to that email they claim a real person might get back with you in ***** hours. No recourse to talk to anyone. 4. So, for this money for a replacement card, they offer a free ebook on how to do Social security retirement. In these *************, this should not be legal. It's misleading, it's pretending to be someone you're not, extorting money from people without delivering any services or products at all.

    I unintentionally paid a third-party website for a government service that is legally free. The website misleadingly resembled a government site and charged $65 to process a Social Security card application, which the *************** does for free. I request a chargeback due to misrepresentation.

    Thank you for following up. I want to acknowledge that I received a refund notification today from Easy Apply, which was issued without additional pushback. I do appreciate that, and I am willing to consider the case resolved in terms of the transaction itself.

    That said, I feel its important to express my continued concern regarding how the site presents itself. The visual layout, name, and phrasing throughout the process strongly suggested an official government affiliation particularly to someone urgently seeking to replace a Social Security card. While disclaimers were present, they were not prominent enough to override the sites overall design, which closely resembles a **** process. As a result, I provided personal information under the mistaken impression that I was interacting directly with the *******************************

    Although Im not seeking further action at this time, I want to clearly state that my acceptance of the refund is partially driven by a desire to disengage from further interaction with a company that now holds sensitive personal data. This entire experience has left me feeling vulnerable and uneasy, and I would encourage further scrutiny of sites like this that walk a fine line between private assistance and impersonation.

    I was helping my elderly mom try to get a replacement social security card so she can get her real ID and was completely miss lead. How EZ Appy US is above social security on a ****** search to not knowing we were not dealing with social security till after being charged is deceiving and fraudulent. The disclaimer of not being the social security administration after going back is small print. This company needs to be referred to *** for deceptive and fraudulent activity. We want a full refund and assurance as the sensitive information provided is deleted to include social security number, dob and family names.

    What an absolute SCAM! This company has the audacity to charge you in a manner that gives the applicant the illusion that theyve paid for their new passport and all they have to do is fill out and print the form. What they DONT tell you until the VERY end after you have already paid, is that the $90 fee was for absolutely nothing. You can get the form online for free. Now im worried about them having ALL of my personal information. Oh, and dont bother calling the number on their website. No one will answer. As a matter of fact its a recording that directs you to their support through email, no answer there either. Thats A LOT OF MONEY FOR ME. ??

    I was in a hurry to get my new replacement Social Security card and when I typed it into ****** search this company popped up before Icould even finish typing the name of what I was searching for. I was charged $40 for something that I could get for free off of the social ************ website. I was not aware of this because this site popped up first.     I want to thank you for your prompt response. I read the letter from the company easy apply and I really dont understand what theyre talking about. I did not lock anything at my bank. I have not even contacted my bank regarding this issue. I strictly applied for a refund immediately. I would like the company to refund me the amount that I paid them for an application I never got to use.
    They can refund my payment to alliance credit union my account number is ****** and the routing number is *********

We do not charge for the form itself, but for the assistance in its preparation.  Our charge is a one-time flat fee and not a reoccurring charge.   
    Our website states in 3 sections of the home page: top, midsection, and footer, the fact that we are not affiliated with the ******************************. Not as the customer stated that we state that information afterwards. 
    In no way do we try to impersonate any government agency. We do not hide our phone number, our location, or the fact that we are not affiliated with the *******************************  
     The top section states: "Not Affiliated with the SSA" 
     The mid-section states: "While the ****************************** allows you to request a social security card at no cost, easy-apply is a paid service with the objective of simplifying the process, eliminating guesswork, and providing detailed instructions about how to fill out and where to mail government forms. Easy-Apply is not affiliated with nor endorsed by the ***" (this in bold letters). 
    Our footer states: "It is possible to obtain an SS-5 form at no cost at *******. " 
    Also, the checkbox for the customer to acknowledge the terms and conditions before placing the order also states: "I also understand that the ****************************** supplies blank forms and instructions for new and replacement cards free of charge. Nevertheless, I wish to use easy-apply' services with personalized instructions to fill out the SS-5 form alongside all additional services provided herein."  Which the customer has to check **** that they agree before moving on to the next page. 
    Many people find it difficult to locate instructions and to fill out government forms, thus  seek the help of assistants like ours.
