Hello,
We never stated there was a letter. We recevied notification from our system that the customer initiated a dispute. Which means she contacted her bank and disputed the charges that she keeps asking for a refund.
We cannot issue a refund since it is now being handled by the disputes system who communicates with her bank that the resolves the situation. Her bank will send a communication that the charges were reversed one they have completed their processing.

I typed in "replace Social Security Card" and this was the first site that came up and it claimed it was a GOVERNMENT entity. It was never implied that they were a third party company, "helping individuals" with paperwork. IT is clearly meant to look like a government site. I was totally scammed. This is a company that "claims" they are helping you set up your SS-5 I believe its called, to assist you getting your new SS card. They charge $65 for this service. Thats a scam and a ripoff...the scary part is, they take your SS number during the paper work part!!! Most people who lose a SS card are in some state of panic and aren't thinking correctly (me!!!). You think youre just filling out how to get a new SS card and next thing you realize, you've GIVEN YOUR SS NUMBER TO A ************* At the very least, the BBB needs to verify these creeps aren't storing social security numbers and using them illegally, please. I am not sure if my credit card number was stolen, so I have contacted my credit card as well, but I have a mysterious charge from easy-apply.us for $64.50 on my card that I did not make. I attempted to call the business (I see here it has very bad reviews) and as suspected, no one answers their customer service number. Instead they say to email. I have emailed with no response. I did not make this charge and have no need for the services I see on this website. I am a citizen of the **** and have all my original government documents. I need to see a refund on my mastercard for $64.50. I am filling in the section that says "Enter the amount of money you paid the business" even though I did not make this charge. The credit card company will likely have to close my credit card and send me a new once since clearly this was made without my approval. I also hope that whatever information was provided to this company is removed from their system permanently as it is Pii (personally identifiable information) since they seem to have my credit card info and name, etc..Business Response

I am rejecting this response because the business simply entered a canned response and clearly did not read the fact that I did not make this charge. I do not even know who this company is and do not need anything having to do with their services. I am a citizen of the **** (born here) and have all my proper documentation. Why would I ever pay someone $64.50 to provide me with their services when I don't need them? This is a fraudulent charge and I expect to be refunded the $64.50 to my mastercard they seem to have on file. I have called my credit card company to get a new card since this one was obviously used for nefarious reasons.

I had 2 unwanted payments made on 02/11/2025z EasyApply.Us was directed to me from the *** page and made me pay two $27.50 fees that are both unwanted and unneeded. Please be aware that you are requesting to delete information. If you call in the future, we will only see your order number which shows the date the order was placed, but we will not be able to assist with anything since there is no information to identify the order.

If anyone calls with the order number, we will advise the caller that this order's information was removed from our database and we cannot assist you with any matters because we cannot identify who this order belonged to. Information that will be stored is within the payment processors which can only be accessed by accounting. I recently had a very concerning experience with Easy Apply, which fraudulently posed as the ******************************. They took all my personal information and charged my credit card $64.50. I became suspicious when they provided the phone number ************, which didn't appear to be a legitimate government number. After contacting 311, I learned that obtaining a replacement Social Security card is supposed to be free. Upon further investigation, I found other complaints about the same phone number.I have been unable to reach Easy Apply through any of their contact methods, which is why I am attempting to reach out via the BBB. I am requesting that you immediately remove my personal information from your system, cancel my order, and issue a full refund to my credit card. I was trying to request a Social Security card replacement for my daughter. I went onto the ****************************** website, but somehow ended up on this when I clicked on the link to apply for a replacement card. This website gathered my personal information and my daughters personal information And filled out the Social Security form and made me pay $65, of which I thought I was paying to the ******************************* and then me an email with the Social Security form, filled out and instructions on how to provide identification as well as a *** label. The ****************************** wants Original copies of identification, so they would need my original drivers license, not a photocopy. So this is absolutely useless because Im not mailing drivers license or my birth certificate in the mail.
