If you did not get your email within the hour, it also says that you should contact support for assitance which you did not do. The email may have gone to your spam/junk folder or if their was a glitch we would have been happy to resend the information.
Order was located and refunded. Please allow 3-10 business days for the amount to be reflected on the same form of payment that was used. Refunds are given in the same manner in which user completed the order. Additionally, if the payment method that was used to pay for the transaction is no longer valid, canceled or stops working for any reason, Site will not be responsible if you cannot receive reimbursement for reasons of closure, cancellation or any reason to limit the operation of payment method.

I was in a hurry and clicked on the first ad that came up for a replacement SSN. In hindsight, it was a paid ad shown on *******I was stupid and gave them my SSN and credit card number. It was not into I filed everything out that I realized it was a fraud. They were going to send me papers for my SSN within the hour.I still have not received them, but that's beside the point. I am not a lawyer and don't know if they are required to issue one after you already got what you paid for, it may be a grey area in the law. (Would H&R Block refund your money after they prepared your taxes and sent you the forms?) So, just be polite, and go through the process. But also: reserve a bit of your anger and frustration for yourself for not being careful enough online. It could have been *way* worse; if this had been someone impersonating your bank website, your entire 401k could be gone in 30 seconds, shipped to **********, and bye-bye, retirement! So count your blessings, and be more careful next time! Secondly, go to the website of one of the credit-reporting agencies (*******, ********, or Transunion) and create a free incident report to protect your online data. If there is a data breach or unusual credit activity in your name in the next 12 months, they will notify you. Good luck! I unintentionally paid a third-party website for a government service that is legally free. The website misleadingly resembled a government site and charged $39.50 to process a Social Security card application, which the government sight does for free. On 5/2/25, I was attempting to order a new SS card for my child. After doing a search, the *********** came up at the top of the search. This company misrepresented itself and its services. I entered sensative information that Im not sure is secure because it looked like it was a service it was not. I wound up doing it for free on a government site in less steps and with giving LESS sensative information and no charge. We were able to locate the order and void the transaction. Nothing was charged to you, but sometimes banks will put a temporary hold on your funds even before a transaction is completed successfully. This hold usually lasts for just a couple of days. After that, the funds are released back into your account.

We understand your concerns, and we will be more than happy to explain. We are not a scam; we do not charge you for the social security card itself but for assistance in getting your card. As you might know, most of the ****************************** offices have limited access to what they can assist with. Most applications get rejected due to missing information on the form or incorrect documents being sent in. With our service, we provide you with a filled-out SS5 form since it is universal and is used for name changes, new cards, and replacements. We also provide you with a prepaid shipping label addressed to your local office and a list of acceptable documents. We assure you that you can get your social security card on time with no issues if you follow the instructions.

If anyone calls with the order number, we will advise the caller that this order's information was removed from our database and we cannot assist you with any matters because we cannot identify who this order belonged to. Information that will be stored is within the payment processors which can only be accessed by accounting. It shows when the order was placed and/or refunded, but we will not be able to provide any information since the identifying information will be removed."
