    i was charged ***** on 06/24/25 trying to get a replacement card. they promised a form that i still have not received and they dont even submit it they just send it to you which would be one thing but I NEVER ACTUALLY GOT WHAT I PAID FOR

    Today, I fell for this business's deceitful marketing and SEO tactics and gave my personal information to try to obtain a new SS card. I want a refund and my info deleted. I filed a fraud report with the *** and took personal measures to protect myself from fraud.

    As you might know, most ****************************** offices only accept appointments. So, it is not as easy as walking into the office & showing them your identification to get your card. The easiest way for you to get your Social Security card replaced is by doing the mail-in process which a lot of people are not familiar with. The ****************************** offices are strict about what information is put on the form and what documents are sent in. We help so your application will not get rejected because the process takes approximately 14 business days. Imagine having to wait a month to get your card because of errors you made on the application. We assist in completing the application from your home. 


    In response to your request to delete your personal information, we would like to clarify that for security reasons our system is designed to automatically delete all applications placed by the end of each day.     I was in a hurry to replace my lost SS card and clicked on the first site that popped drawn in by their Guided Instructions and step-step instructions. I got panicky when I hit submit and saw the words Not affiliated with ***. I see they emailed me but I am not opening it. I tried called EZ Apply at their contact us number numerous times with no response. I then filled out the support form informing them to cancel my purchase and delete my information. This company charges for something that is free and is set up first on internet search which is confusing. I requested a refund with in 1 hour of submitting my order stating the following. I want my application fee refunded and all of my information deleted. I will not be in need of your services. I have neither opened your email nor used any of the information you may have sent. I expect to hear back from you that this is resolved

    I am feeling extremely misled by this company. I was under the impression that the $64.50 fee I was paying was directly to the ******************************. I didnt realize until I saw the transaction in my bank account. I provided them with my social security number and all my sensitive information, all under the belief that they were the actual social security administraton. I have reached out to the company and have only received a message that a ticket has been created. This company's whole website is designed to look just like the ***.

    Ordered a replacement social security card for my husband on May 7, ************************************* any order confirmation/ tracking number. Now I'm worried if it was just a scam.

I would however like to have the benefit of having my mind at ease know that if the refund does not go through I can contact the business directly and still have the refund processed.     I thought I was ordering my son a new social security card, entered personal information and my debit card information. The charge showed up on my card, but I shortly after realized I made a mistake. I have canceled my card and gotten a new one but I am very worried now about our personal information being in there. I tried to call the number and it said they were not open although it was during their stated business hours. I would like a refund and to know personal information has been deleted.

We also find the local address of the local ********************** where the customer needs to send out the forms.     This site does not make it clear that it is NOT applying for a replacement documentation. It only fills in the forms for the customer to print off and mail themselves. I thought this was fast way to apply for documentation directly online but that is not the case. I do not have the means to print the forms and have no intention of applying for documentation through regular mail. This is unclear advertising.

    The customer has been in contact with customer service and a new application and label was issued on 5/16/2025. 

    We do not throw out application but we do clear our system every couple of months for security reasons. Your order is over 6 months and we do not like to store sensitive information in database for long periods of time. Please see the message below that was sent. Also the applications are not attached here as they were emailed to ********************************************************.  Everything was emailed to ******************************************************** on the date of purchase but if the instructions were not followed then the replacement will not occur.

     In order for the ********** to process your request for a name change due to marriage, please complete the forms according to the instructions contained in the package attached. You must download and print out and sign the SS5 form, gather your proof of identity and certified marriage certificate or license, and mail it to your local **********.

    In order to prevent fraud and protect you from Identity Theft, the ****************************** needs to make sure that you are who you claim to be and that no other person is requesting a Social Security card with your name on it. This requirement is for your own protection.

    The only way that the *** can verify your identity is by verifying original documents, which must be mailed with your form.

    The package we sent you contains:

    1. Mailing instructions;
    2. The filled-out SS5 form - you will need to fill in your Social Security number with a black ink pen (line 2), add your parent's information (lines 9 & 10), and sign the form (line 17).
    3. Pre-paid **** label addressed from you to your local Social Security office;
    4. A complete list of ***-acceptable original documents to serve as proof of identity.

    Please place your form and documents in an envelope. Affix the pre-paid label, and mail it out.

    It will take the ********************** roughly 14 business days to process the application and return the documents. You will receive two separate envelopes for security reasons; one with the card and the other with your documents.
