    I have tried to cancel my order number 8407 and they seem to be dragging it out so as to charge my credit card and make it impossible to get canceled

    The customer contacted customer support and has been inpatient. The first message was Saturday at 5am while we were closed and then 2 more times at 5am, we don't respond while we are closed but we do send a message advising our customer of our hours of operation. All refunds are procssed during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Eastern Time.

    This is ridiculous. The first link when looking up replacing my ss card, so I wasnt paying close attention. Now theyve taken me and my familys ssn and $64. They also want me to send them my id. This is a joke!!!! And then when trying to get ahold of them to get my money back and information gone, their phone number doesnt work! Beyond upset. They have my card number and ssn #. I cant believe they are the first thing that pops up. I dont know if I need to cancel my card check my credit report. Meanwhile I went to the social security office and completed for free within ten minutes.

    I feel as though this business is a scam and I want a refund and my information deleted. I submitted 2 orders for my children both on 7/24/2025 and when I try to contact someone over the phone the number says no one is available at this time even though I called during normal business hours multiple times.

    The customer contacted customer service for assistance. Below is what was sent to the customer. If you would like to delete your information, please reply to the message you received from customer support requesting a deletion of information. Lastly, you stated you contacted our customer support, but we were closed during business hours, we are not closed. When you call the recording states, we are only open for support via email. You can call again and listen to the recording, it doesn't say we are closed.

    On July 10th I was charged $64.50 for what I assumed was the filing for a new ***. I was not aware it is a free service and have tried to call them during business hours only to receive a robotic voicemail telling me I had to email the company. This is a predatory site designed to scam money out of your pockets for a free service. If I had known I wouldn't have wasted my time and money. Not to mention giving them a lot of sensitive information. the **** said I had to dispute it with the company, but they won't even answer their phone during business hours.

    I am feeling extremely misled by this company. I was under the impression that the $64.50 fee I was paying was directly to the Department of Social Security. I didnt realize until I went to the ********************** that I provided this company with my social security number and all my sensitive information, all under the belief that they were the actual social security administraton. This company's whole website is designed to look just like the the *********************************** website. I would like a full refund and more importantly that my sensitive information be destroyed and never used by them

    This company claims to provide assistance with obtaining social security cards. They did not provide any service, I contacted them to complain and request a refund of $27.50, and they said they would refund my card. I contacted my bank and they still have not refunded any money, and they said the file has been closed.

    As per our Terms and Conditions, the scope of services contracted and provided by Easy-Apply is limited to delivering via email an accurate SS5 form filled out with the information you entered in our system, a list of SSA-acceptable documents, and the appropriate mailing instructions. We also have customer service agents available for you Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (EST).

    Therefore, once you have received the package via email, our services are deemed complete, rendered, and delivered.

    However our manager has allowed an exception, and as a courtesy, we will issue a full refund. Please note that the package is now void.

    We have issued your refund. Please also allow 3-10 business days for the funds to be returned to the account.

    Searched for social security card replacement on *********** was one of the first options. I assumed it was some kind of third party processing fee until further inspection. At that point I had already entered in all of my sensitive information. Immediately requested a refund but now Im concerned about my private information and would like it wiped from their database.
