    Easy to sign up. Made an error putting my email in. I was able to chat a *** and get it updated in less than 5 minutes! Great experience and customer service!

    Bought this package through an auction site and unfortunately there were no dates available for when I wanted. There is an activation fee to cover "fees and taxes" I was able to get a refund after talking with customer service, however I would not expect this and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel options were only 3 star, not the 4 or 5 advertised, but I was booking for a hotel in a very touristy area so the hotels that were available were places I wouldn't have an issue staying at.

    I had my doubts about this working well. I honestly thought we were going to run into some type of problem or issue, but booking with redeem vacations has been the best! Everything has gone smoothly and we have not had any issues at all. We have received daily messages from redeem vacations checking in and giving us the correct information to reach someone if we have any questions or concerns. I would book with redeem vacations again!
