    I was in fear that I would lose my reservation due to not being able to get the time off for the days I requested. I know, I should have gotten the days approved first but my schedule changed which is what caused the friction. Anyhoo, the *** I chatted with was able to assure me that my reservation would remain in tact and everything was handled.

    I was almost about to lose my voucher and they graciously extended the time I had to redeem it. I saw extra charges I didn't understand and they resolved them within 48 hours. I made a mistake on my reservation! I booked a double bed when I wanted two beds. ******* helped me by emailing the hotel on my behalf to make the change seamless. Overall, I am very grateful to be able to use Redeem Vacations. I did end up paying for weekend rates, but I'm sure it was still at a reasonable value considering I was booking in *****!
