    Everything was great and the hotel was nice but you will have to pay $300 dollars after u paid this company for taxes but other than that I had a awesome trip

    Redeem Vacations was good. We booked our vacation and it did happen. We did not have any issues with our reservation. However, the hotel that was available in that area was lacking. It was a 1.5 star hotel. Room smelled musty. Rooms not updated. Sidewalks were cracked and uneven in places. Hotel was not very nice. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire 4 days we were there. Apparently, it had been closed for several weeks. We didnt see anything wrong with the pool but we werent allowed to use it. The Cleaning ladies could not speak English. They would knock on the door at the most inconvenient times and even put in their key to open the door even after we said we were in the room. Unless you can see the quality of hotels that they offer for staying, Im not sure we would do it again.

    Absolutely horrible. Booked vacations and not enough space for the 3 of us. One of us was able to book and no more dates available for the other 2 of us. Now, one has a room that is non-refundable or changeable and the other 2 of us cannot ******* Customer support.This business needs to be shut down for fraud. Not even a phone number to call to present issues.Horrible, horrible, horrible!

    If I could leave negative reviews, I would. I won a voucher for a free vacation from a travel agent last year. I activated it and booked a trip to ********** for November this year. Before booking, I searched the hotel and location to make sure it was legit and had good reviews. I booked in April. In August, I searched the hotel again to plan details of our trip based on the location. ****** stated the hotel was permanently. closed. I emailed Redeem Vacations to which they called their hotel supplier and said it was still open. Fast forward to October, I searched the hotel to see if it still says closed(it does) and the reviews had drastically changed stating there were roaches in the hotel. I again reached out to Redeem Vacations to see if I can cancel or change hotels. They again assure me the hotel is open and due to policy they cannot refund or change hotels. They did give me a number to call for the hotel. After calling the number, it was actually the company who manages the hotels. They stated that hotel is indeed closed and has been for months. I had to file a dispute with my bank to even get funds back since the hotel is closed. Redeem Vacations is STILL claiming the hotel is open. I am beyond upset as I would have arrived to a hotel that was CLOSED. DO NOT BOOK WITH REDEEM. IT IS A SCAM.

    1-star review for Redeem Holidays DO NOT BOOK WITH REDEEM HOLIDAYS!My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. They canceled my hotel reservation just a week before my scheduled holiday, leaving me in a state of panic and stress. Initially, they offered an alternative hotel located in the middle of nowhere, which was completely unacceptable given my mobility issues.After much back and forth, they finally proposed a hotel in a better location. However, even after sending multiple emails expressing my approval of the new hotel, Redeem Holidays went radio silent. I have sent them four emails, and yet, I have not received a single reply.With just two days left until my holiday, I still have no confirmation of where I will be staying. Was contacting given hotel myself, there is no booking on my name. The lack of communication and professionalism displayed by this company is appalling.Furthermore, one of their policies requires you to pay fees upfront just to view available travel dates and hotel options, which is an unnecessary and frustrating barrier.Based on my experience, the hotels they offer seem to be of poor quality, and the hassle and lack of customer service make it not worth the trouble.I strongly caution against booking with Redeem Holidays. Their disorganization, unreliable communication, and subpar hotel options have turned what should have been an exciting vacation into a stressful and disappointing ordeal.Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your travel needs. Redeem Holidays has proven to be a massive disappointment, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

    Activation fee is misleading, will save money to book directly with the resort.It says the activation fee includes the resort fee and taxes but upon booking, I've been asked to pay the resort fees and taxes once more, so I asked their agent on why I need to pay once more for a resort fee at them. Then their agent says that "unfortunately, the payment (which I paid prior) is only for the activation fee". What a joke. reached out to them and of course, no response.
