    Check in was so smooth . The room is nice. W hav a city view with a glimpse of the ocean. Very clean hotel. Great location!!!!

    Our room at Aura Hotel Times Square was okay. It was small but cozy and very clean. The shower head points right out of the shower door which made it difficult to start the shower. Sleeping right next to the heater/AC outlet was not great either. I did like the refillable shampoo/body wash/conditioner dispensers in the shower. The Nespresso machine is awesome. The room could use coat hooks and a mini fridge. Overall I like the room.

    The reason I took away a star is because of the up charge to book weekends and because you have to book at least 4 weeks in advance. An inconvenience for people like myself, who travel sporadically. There was a couple times I wanted to use my voucher but was less than 4 weeks out and had to make other arrangements. Other than that I enjoyed my discounted stay.

    Redeem Vacations' Live Chat personnel was genuinely helpful to me and my hotel stay at ******** by ************************* was very pleasant. The hotel is quietly tucked in behind the larger hotel chains in this hotel complex so I felt safe staying there and it's staff was very accommodating, allowing me to select a room that suited my schedule best, providing me with space, peace, and quiet. The hotel decor was RetroVibe, giving it a pre-millenium feel, but the guest room was clean and equipped with room and restroom amenities. The view from my window included the hotel's free parking lot, where I could see my car, and the construction site of a new hotel being built. There is a convenient marketplace corner in the lobby and a restaurant independently situated on property where hotel guests can purchase breakfast. A fitness gym, heated pool, and free WiFi are also great amenities and the hotel is fitted with accessibility provisions.
