Renters Beware!! This company will get you in the door with advertised low prices and then hit you with hidden fees! Read the fine print, they advertise unlimited miles but charge you a daily fee if you drive out of state, even its for an hour. They charge you $25 per day times the amount of days you rented the car, for me it was $125 dollar charge for driving to ********* the ************ and back from *********. Many other complaints including offsite location, waiting over an hour in line to get a car, unprofessional, $500 deposit unless you can show a return flight ticket, insurance charge and ETC.... In the end it would have been much cheaper for me to rent from any other place, a $146 dollar rental turned into $300 nightmare! BTW im still waiting to receive my deposit back.

Booked through AARP. Charged me ****** over the contracted price. Car was on empty had to fill the tank up. Car had plugged hole in tire - 15 psi. ***** tire tech discovered that when I saw the low tire pressure alert. Urgently suggested I return the car due to strong probability of tire blowout when driving on interstate 95. Returned the car 5 days early. Would not accept alternate car due to their BBB F rating and unsafe/unlawful/unethical business practices. They would not refund the money and asked me to sign a blank incident report which I refused to do. No close out receipt. Left and rented a car from enterprise with none of these unlawful business practices. Trying to get a refund from my credit card company. AARP should not be approving this unsafe vendor to its members.

Stay far away from this car rental company. We went to pick up our rental (by ***************), and they refused to rent it to us on the grounds that we must have collision on our personal vehicles. Our credit card that we used does provide coverage for rental cars, but they wouldn't accept it.They charged us $292.00 anyway because they said we didn't cancel it at least 24 hours before even though they were the ones that cancelled our booking. We called their main line and were told that the rental insurance coverage provided by our credit card was accepted. We did dispute the charge, but the reversal of the charge did not go through. So, we're out of $292.00.As far as I'm concerned, this is a scam.

Poorly run. Understaffed. Waited on line over an hour. Overcharging $29 a day for their insurance coverage. Received car and had to clean the inside windows. The windshield was so dirty I could not drive without first cleaning.

Worst company ever! No wjeee did they say we had to pick up our rental car by 6pm because they close and leave no one to talk to anywhere plus having to walk at the end of airport for a non existent pick up location and been waiting for weeks for them to respond to Priceline so that they can verify I didnt get the rental car to give me a refund! I have all the receipts for the $500 on a new rental car we had to get! Give me my money back

A week before arriving at ********* I reserved a rental car from Easirent through Expedia. As I arrived at the airport around midnight when the Easirent office was closed, I got a taxi to the hotel and the next morning again got a taxi to their office. That was the first inconvenience that I had to swallow to get a relatively cheap rental. I was at the Easirent location (old dirty trailer in the middle of nowhere, 6 miles south of the Strip) at 8:30 am, so luckily I was the first in line. The process for getting the car was long and tedious. They were asking for many things and then they shocked me with the fact that I had to pay almost double to drive the car out of ******. As ********* is in the corner of ******, it means that almost any out-of-city drive would be out-of-state. My original cost was $453 and I had to pay additional $277 for out-of-state driving!!! Their web-site (not Expedia!) has a mention typed with small font of some fee for out-of-state driving, but it doesn't say how high it is!The car I got was in relatively good shape, not bad inside, but really dirty from outside. Also, it didn't have any washer fluid in it. When I asked the guy at the garage to fill the washer tank he only put less than a quart in it. He said: "If I pour a full gallon for you, I won't have for the other cars!".The returning at 9:30 pm wasn't that bad, but again too far from the airport. A week after I returned the car, there was one more big surprise: all the tolls that I had to pay had an additional FINE FEE of of 3 x $25 plus tax. I ended up paying $85 on top of my $30 tolls! Absolute rip-off!I'll definitely never rent a car again from Easirent and I will inform Expedia that with their business deal, they are supporting a disgraceful company that is indirectly ruining their reptation. Please, stay away Easirent - *********!

I rented a car from Easirent in August 2023, utilizing Discovercars.com. I paid upfront. The rental price was good. I checked out and was given a car that was dirty. It had not been washed. I complained but they said their car washing mechanism was broken. I checked the car back in ON TIME before my flight. They told me to check in with the guys in the garage. There were no guys in the garage. I came back and gave them my keys, verified that I had returned the car with them and got on my flight. Over a week later I saw an additional charge of $250. I called promptly and was told this charge was due to the fact that they were claiming I returned the car a week late. I emailed customer service and lodged a complaint. No response. I called again. No response. I showed proof of my boarding pass -- showing that I had gotten on the plane that day and flown to my reservation away from the city I rented the car in. I showed proof of the gas I bought that day to return the car with a full tank. I showed proof of the fact that I had no purchases in North Carolina after getting on the plane that day on my credit card receipts. They did not care, nor did they respond. This was a fraudulent charge with no repercussions. After reading reviews here it is clear this company often scams people. Never utilize this company. They steal money. Do not rent from them.

I was ripped off by this company, I paid in full online and it was late when our flight landed, we had to walk a ways to get transportation, I'm disabled and then this guy at the counter. Rudeness galore, wants us to pay more $$$ not 50 or 100. But almost 400 pounds more. He didn't care I had a receipt paid in full he didn't care my husband had his driver's record or any of the other stuff they required us to bring, I read all the details several times before leaving on our trip back home, my mother inlaw had cancer and this was our last goodbyes and this guy didn't care, he said I was American, why dies that matter? I've rented several cars in ****** over the last 5 years never a problem, I'm also very careful with my budget, he said we could have the car if we used ***************** I don't think he thought we had one, we did, he changed his story, he'd have to charge us ******. Deposit just to make sure he gets his car back,,%$#@ so he refused to give us the car because we refused to be scammed and bullied into paying more. I disputed the charge with ******* (another winner) they refused to help me even though I had a receipt that said paid in full, that we were being scammed, that they wouldn't give us our rental, all the evidence I gave them and easyrent just replied, they canceled here's our cancelation policy, no refund, but technically we didn't cancel, we wanted the car. So now I have a 400.+ charge off on my credit report, I won't let them take money from me, beware, please. This business needs to be out out of business, they are true in every sense of the word low life scammers, and *******, priceline don't protect their consumers. I even told them to have easirent bill me directly, take me to court and ******* just didn't listen to me, they didn't care. My credit is still good, it was Excellent and it will be again someday, my money is hard earned, I pay my bills but I won't be scammed or pay for something I don't owe. Don't rent off them or use *******.

This place is very shady with their business practices. I clearly said I did not want the extra insurance because I have my ***************** They still charge me $20 a day on top of my rental and then accused me of trying to steal the car because of the employees mistake of giving me the wrong rental data agreements do not use this company very bad leader ship. No one takes responsibility.
