    They refuse to answer their phone at the ***** branch. Corporate hangs up on you. Refused to give me a car. Refused to help at the branch. Refused to answer emails. My flight landed 2 hours late. 20 minutes past closing time. No one would answer phone as I called from departing airport. I could not pick up car then or even the next day. I had to get an expensive uber to and from airport because all other car rental agencies had no vehicles to rent. I am out money and never had a car. This place is awful.

    UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONALstay away! *************************** manager ***** canceled the car I prepaid for and refused to give me a refund because she thought I was going to give her a bad review and said if she was going to get a bad review anyway she didnt want to give me a car.Agent ***** told me I had to pay an extra $19 per day for insurance that was not previously mentioned (nearly doubling the cost of the posted rates) even though I told him my regular car insurance covers rental cars. He asked for the Disclosure statement of my insurance which I obviously dont carry and told him I did not bring since it was not mentioned until now. I received at least two emails since booking through Kayak, including pre-registering on Easirent, yet neither mentioned this insurance. I was annoyed but since I had no choice at this point said fine charge my card.While he was charging my card I took a photo of a sign that said to leave a review. ***** who had been sitting there this whole time told ***** to cancel my reservation. I asked why. She stated, you are clearly going to give us a bad review since you are upset about the insurance so if we are going to get a bad review anyway, I dont want to give you a car.I had pre-paid for this car. Their site is not at the airport so I was stranded with no other car rental agency nearby. ***** did not care. She refused to give me my refund and said I could take it up with the credit card company. Even Tanias employee ***** was in shock and had to ask her repeatedly if she was serious that she wanted to cancel my reservation. He even mouthed sorry to me when handing my credit card back.If this is the type of employee you have not only working for you, but setting the example and training other employees, it is very clear why so many other reviews are very poor. I have seen other reviews claiming ***** did the same to them and yet she still works there. They do not care about their customers.

    Great job Easirent!!! ******* and ***** is the best!!!! They both are very helpful and professional. The customer service from them is above and beyond, and the vehicle I rented was top notch, drove well, and very clean. Check in and out is always fast and smooth both of them. I highly recommend this place.
