    I'd like to give these folks a positive review for doing the right thing and standing behind their service and support. I had a poor outcome with their salt-free system likely due to my location. It was a big frustration for me as the system isn't cheap and rated one of the top performing salt-free water conditioners. After multiple attempts, the customer support staff was able to sell me a discounted salt based system. I own up to my part of the issue by not installing the system within quicker time-frame to take advantage of the 6 month guarantee and for not heeding the advice to stick with a salt system. Regardless, they did the right thing and worked with me to resolve my issues. Companies like Springwell are far and few these days. Very pleased!
