4 starsActually works great but they scam you on warranty. I met all the things they had listed to purchase just the salt free system. I'm on a well and met everything there also as only needing the system with the whole house system but they say since I didn't purchase the whole system my warranty is void. They have a warranty page saying why you need the whole system and my water test showed my water was slightly hard with no other problems, smell, or other things they have listed. Why list those things and a person doesn't have anything that is listed but still they void warranty. So it's a good system but fake warranty. Also this is a salt free system so it gets rid of deposits but it works different than a actual water softener which is why I bought it and I don't understand why people expect it to be like the ones that use salt. 6 months and zero deposit buildup but you don't get that greasy water. 2 starsI purchased the whole house well water filtration system with the ** light in 2023. I have tried to reach out through their company email without an answer. The problem I am having is I have had to bypass the first tank that oxidizes the water and sends it through a bed of sand materials to trap the sulfur smell. I lose all water pressure when the tank is in circulation. I have 2 micro filters set ahead of the first tank straight from the well it then passes through the oxidizing tank to the Non salt softener tank passes through that tank to the ** light to the rest of the home. My home was built in 2005 and has PEX piping throughout. Right now my water pressure is great with the tank in bypass but the sulfur smell is now present. The sulfur smell was the reason for this expensive purchase. I do not mind the system I just want it to work properly as it is advertised as a guarantee and maintenance free system. Now I am back to I just want the smell gone.Springwell Water Filtration Systems

1 starI purchased the Water Filter and Salt-Free Water Softener (1-3 Bathrooms) on March 23, 2021. It was delivered promptly. It takes chlorine out of the water. It DOES NOT SOFTEN THE WATER; this is a FALSE CLAIM/Advertisement. I have NEVER been able to get anyone to respond to me via customer service over the past years; I have given-up. If you call there is a loop or the call NEVER gets answered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product or this company. **************** is non-existent; I am disappointed to say the least. Not sure where the breakdown is in their commo-system, but I hope others do not experience issues in the future. 1 starIts seems that this is a ********* company.I purchased there sistem from *******,*******The salesman was **** great guy and he explained everything for the sistem,but this is the only good thing in the company.I paid the full price plus shipping charge and duties and fees for clearance at the border.They shipped it right away.Then 3 days latter ***** get in touch with me that no one paid taxes and fees and clearly on the invoice I was charged for it from ************************* many time I call them as well as ***** call them and no one returns any calls.If I call on sales they answer right away but when you explain the case they transfer you to a different department and no one answers.I use the 3 emails provided from them as well as ***** and no one replies to them.Its already 2 weeks the sistem its on hold because unpaid duties and fees which I already prepaid to SpringWell.Looks like THEY DONT CARE about there customers or maybe operates from someones basement.They was very nice until they sold the product and collected the payment and than everything starts.WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ITS THAT I try there info email,there support email and Jenn email as wellSpringwell Water Filtration Systems

Hi,just track the package and its already on the way back to be returned to SpringWell.Since I have been trying so many times to talk with them and couldnt figure it out how to cleared the package better go towards refund than deal with same issue.And I guess will received full refund since problem with the delivery wasnt cost by me.D. 1 star**************** by ********************** is NOT their priority. We did extensive research prior to purchasing a water softener system from Springwell. After delivery, the problems started with plumber install cost increasing by 2 fold... Finally after install, our unit stopped working a year in... they "suggested plumbers" which we called, none will service the product. After discussing with tech support, they supposedly sent faulty product twice (never received) and were told repeatedly that we would receive a call back from management about our problems, that has never happened.The most recent exchange with customer support indicated email was the only way to correspond - and a phone call was not possible.We totally regret this purchase and would strongly encourage others to consider other products that will actually provide customer service.Springwell Water Filtration Systems

**************** calls started support back on April 15th, 2025, and throughout the month of April to help support changing out the motherboard to the SS1 System. Unfortunately we do not make service calls(house calls) we sent out a request via email last week May 7th to start the process with more support from **************** or move forward with the refund process. we can accommodate working to get the system corrected and back to operationl or start the process for the refund per refund policy. 1 starWe needed a water filter to remove iron and manganese. We researched EXTENSIVELY before purchasing a water filter from this company. This company was so reassuring that their filter would clear our water up and they offered a money back guarantee. We read reviews, we called the company more than once, and we watched videos all of which made claims this filter would solve our problem. It did not. If anything, the color of our water is worse. My husband connected the filter meticulously. He checked and rechecked it. It was installed correctly and properly!!!! We called the company a week later to initiate a return. This is where we realized what kind of company we were dealing with. We were told removing iron and manganese wont improve the color of your water when that is EXACTLY what is advertised all over their website. The return process is a nightmare, but thats EXACTLY what they are banking on. They refused to provide a return label. To have *** Ex or any other shipping company pick up an item this big and heavy is considered freight. The estimate to return it was over a thousand dollars!! We asked if we could drive it to the facility instead, but they refused to allow that. We asked if they would charge the 25% restocking fee and was told yes, all returns are subject to that EVEN THO the email we received from them said they MAY charge a restocking fee. When I said this fee could have been waived, I was laughed at!! This has been a NIGHTMARE. Its one thing that the filter didnt work. That was very very disappointing and I believe the great reviews are fabricated because this filter literally did not improve our water quality at all. But the return process is another thing. They make it so insanely costly and nearly impossible to return the filter that there is no point in it. And they know that. We had the filter a week!!! It did not work!!! 1 starCustomer support recommended a unit that would fit my needs/wants and forgot to mention a very important detail of plumbing size.Ordered the unit, not expecting to have to check plumbing size or that being a factor. It doesnt fit our plumbing and now have to return to Springwell.They do not arrive for customer satisfaction, regardless how many times they mention it on their site.They will not waive the return shipping fee. I was willing to purchase the correct unit that would fit my plumbing and was also signed up for an annual filter subscription. After all that, they still wouldnt be willing to be flexible on waiving the return shipping fee because its their policy.Springwell Water Filtration Systems

1 starWe ordered a Water filter + salt-free FutureSoft system for our home with 2 bathrooms. The website does make it clear that we will not get all the benefits of a salt-free softener and that we would still be getting hard water. But, overall, we are unsatisfied with the system since we are still seeing scale build up and water spots that are more difficult to remove. The website does claim that the system will "prevent and clean existing scale", but that wasn't the case for us.The system only comes with a 6-month risk-free warranty, but that is enough time to determine if we would be satisfied with it or not. I recently contacted SpringWell about a return (or partial return) but they just replied with a short "we don't provide any returns after 6 months". I was hoping for a little more help or sympathy than that.I wouldn't recommend this product because it didn't meet our expectations and how they claimed the system would perform on the website. If anyone from SpringWell could help with a refund on this system, then that would be greatly appreciated.Springwell Water Filtration Systems

5 starsI am an architect with lots of experience outfitting my clients' homes with water treatment systems for private ***** with the quirky water conditions typical in the mountains oif *******************. Finally, it was my turn to clean up our own well water after 35 years of living with turbidity, hardness, iron, and sulphides. Our silica level was too high for a salt-free softener, so we installed the whole-house well filter and salt softener. It initially worked TOO well, but Springwell's tech support was super-patient and helpful in dialing down the settings over the course of about two weeks. Our water is clear, tastes good, and produces tons of soapsuds - dishes, countertops, surfaces, appliances and clothes are markedly cleaner. We're using potassium instead of salt, so there is no problem for house plants and cut flowers. My advice to any Springwell customers: don't hesitate to call tech support to get help finding the right settings for your equipment.Springwell Water Filtration Systems
