    I was assisting my partner with applying for a passport and was unknowingly on this third party website, which is very much disguised as the government website to renew or apply for a passport. This business is charging for a service that is completely free and using multiple different websites/business names to make it difficult for customers to actually figure out who we are paying/supposedly working with. I saw the charges on my credit and bank accounts from passport-assist.com, which does not actually have a website, and then received the confirmation email from easy-form-filler.com. After checking through my internet history, the actual website for the form is *********************************. I have not received a response from customer support. I was not only charged on my debit card, which was DECLINED on their site (supposedly never went through), but I was also charged on my credit card. I would like a FULL refund of the $64.88 charge on my debit card as well as the $64.88 charge on my credit card. I would also like my partner's information completely deleted from their system.

    I did a search online to renew a recently expired passport. The first site to pop up claimed to renew it for you. It looks legit and appears to be government related. It charged me and collected all my personal information. I thought it was odd when I didnt receive any payment confirmation from the government and then did a search further only to learn that this site is a scam.

    Easy-form-filler.com &Travel.state.gov I thought I was renewing my daughters USA passport. I gave our personal information to fill out the form. I would also like for them to delete our entire information.Thank you.

    Scam site. I thought I was working with the US **************** for a new passport. This is not a government site. This is fraudulent.

    Tried renewing US government passport online. Payment does not go to renewing passport but charge for form filling. Very deceptive. Thought it was an official government site.

    This is a scam. They portray themselves as a government agency and charge $65 to fill out a PDF that is free on the actual government website. They should be shut down!

    MUST READ.This is a complete scam I want a full refund because you are led to believe that this website will submit you passport information to the state government for a passport. Charging you around 200$ absolutely ridiculous. *** contacted my lawyer because this third party website could be selling peoples information for all we know. Making people spend that much money on a piece of paper I can fill out myself is absolutely ridiculous. **************** was absolutely no help and Im expecting all of my money back. Charges will be pressed if I do not receive my full refund amount as well as someone contact me immediately. This website should be shutdown for fraud. It also states in the instructions that 160$ was given to the US department of state if so why am I paying twice. Not to mention I am a retired veteran so flat out lying about it being given to the state is absolutely outrageous. I never signed or checked off anything stating it was a third party website. I now not only have to deal with legal action as well as contacting Equifax so no one can open new credit cards. ABSOLUTELY INSANE.

    This is a passport scam. They charge you for your passport information and are NOT government associated

    This site is a scam. They portray themselves to be a US government site to renew a passport. I am terrified that they have all of my personal information. They charged me $88.83 to fill out a form I could fill out myself for free. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and cannot get a hold of anyone at this company. They send you a confirmation email where they are portrayed as Easy Form Filler and the credit card charge states they are passport-assist.com. This site should be shut down for fraudulent activity.

    Was able to get in touch with customer service via email. I did receive a response that my order would be refunded, However, I do believe that this business should have a disclaimer that this is a service to simply fill out a form that you can fill out for free on the government website. Their site is misleading customers. I dont want to see anyone else spending money $88 to simply auto fill a form that I could have done myself for free very easily. The company should clearly state that they are not the official government passport site and that the fee they are charging is simply to auto fill out the form ($88 to do something that takes literally three minutes yourself). This seems fraudulent. Thank you.
