4 starsThey give you a time range and the day of they send a message saying it could be as early as seven or it could be later. Otherwise It's been great.

1 starMy experience with POD was awful & I would never recommend someone to do business with them going forward. I relocated from FL to CO & utilized POD services. When I signed my contract on 7/28, they said it would take them 10 days to get the POD to Colorado so to give extra time for unforeseen circumstances I scheduled drop off in Colorado for 9/6/25 giving them 16 days to get my POD to my home. On the evening of 9/5/25, I logged in & saw my POD was being delivered 9/6/25 between 7:15AM-10:15AM. I called into POD on 9/5/25 to confirm the scheduled delivery so we could check out of our AirBNB. We woke up the morning of 9/6 at 5AM, checked out of our AirBNB & headed over to our new home here in Colorado. At 7:10AM I got an email that said the delivery had been rescheduled for 9/10/25!!! We had paid movers waiting at the house for the POD, we had NOTHING at our house for our kids to sleep on, eat on, sit on, NOTHING! I have a special need child, who requires oxygen support. All his additional medical equipment was in the POD & with no notification that the POD was delayed I was short the medical equipment. I called POD & they advised me that the reason the POD was delayed because the truck carrying the POD broke down in Missouri. SO WHY DID THE POD TEAM GIVE ME A DELIVERY WINDOW WHEN THE POD WASN’T EVEN IN THE STATE THAT IT WAS BEING DELIVERED TO? With no notice....PODS Moving & Storage

1 starPODS was to transfer a container from Denver, CO to Holiday, FL in July 2025. The container was NOT shipped, delivered in time yet I was billed for each transaction as if I was shipped and stored here in FL. When the container was "found", it was days late to the address and I was charged over twice the amount I was to be billed. I will never use PODS again and I don't wish for anyone to use them. The online account information was erased and I have spent hours on the phone being transferred from one department to another and the credit has still not be resolved.PODS Moving & Storage

5 starsWe have moved across the country using PODS three times in the last ten years. The experience has been outstanding every time. The website is informative and easy to use. The call center is highly competent and very responsive. The delivery drivers are communicative, courteous and very helpful. The containers themselves are of high quality and very durable. We have had an outstanding experience with PODS and we will use them again if we move.PODS Moving & Storage

5 starsLet me tell you pods was a pleasure to work with even when we had a couple of ****** *** **** It was always easy to get somebody actually on the phone. They got it sorted. They did what they said they were going to do. My new location is pretty remote. They delivered they picked up I couldn't have asked for more.PODS Moving & Storage

1 starThe WORST company I have ever dealt with. Made promises on first phone call to get me to sign up for services. POD did not arrive when it should have. The customer service group who is located outside of the US is horrible. They offer no solutions to your issues, when I finally asked to speak with a supervisor they keep you on hold saying they need to wait for one to become available. They offered a credit of $150.00 and then only credited $100.00. Had to argue to get the original credit offered. Cleaned out my POD at their facility the same day it arrived late to the destination. I had spoken with the staff at the location they knew the POD was being emptied that day and then they charge me an additional months rent, which calling their customer service is useless. Its all smoke and mirrors. Still waiting for resolution to my additional months charge. On their system you can't remove your credit card so they can keep charging. WORST WORST WORST. Will be filing a formal complaintPODS Moving & Storage
