5 starsThe people at PODs were so good at helping me prepare for my move. They made changes for me immediately, kept to the schedule I requested, and communicated with me about when they would arrive. The two PODs I rented kept my stuff safely stored for over 6 months and was delivered without any damage. I would definitely recommend them.PODS Moving & Storage

5 starsFrom receiving the quote to delivery of the **** pickup and storage for 9 months, and redelivery to unload the **** everything went smoothly! I can't recommend them enough, especially to veterans! They help you out by not charging you for delivery and pickup of the **** Who doesn't want to save money, right? AWESOME EXPERIENCE! 1 starI was supposed to receive my packed POD on July 14th, I received a delivery window and the driver even called me to inform me he was going to load up and be coming my way. Hours go by, I fear an accident with the driver. No, PODS warehouse in ********* didnt have my POD and didnt want to inform me of this. The driver was instructed NOT to call me. The manager never picked up the phone. In fact, my POD was still in **** and not even in the right state. I spent an average of 3 hours a day for 5 days on the phone with various customer service reps. Save yourself the time, the headache and the loss of sanity and use a different company. I will never use them again.PODS Moving & Storage

5 starsWe moved from Texas to Arizona. Using Pods made it so easy for us. We packed 1 16ft and 2 8ft pods over the course of 2 months. Pods stored our stuff till we found a house, We were able to schedule deliveries that got all 3 here and unloaded in a weeks time. We didn't have to pull a trailer, drive a rental truck in mountains and didn't have to unload it all in one day. By far the perfect way to move. My stuff arrived safely. We were amazed how little we lost in breakage. Recommend highly.PODS Moving & Storage

5 starsI moved a small number of items in a small POD from central ** to east coast. The guys dropping off and picking up were very nice and professional. I rescheduled delivery online without a hitch. I suggest viewing the packing video and review their guidelines regarding the space requirements to pick up and drop off. We had to modify our plans after realizing there was not enough width in our driveway, but the driver worked with us to get it in a good spot. Also, check city zoning requirements. Overall, I am happy.PODS Moving & Storage

3 starsWhen I paid for the service initially, I was told it would take 6 to 9 days from the time we booked to the time it would be delivered. It took two weeks! The delivery drivers were very personable and professional! Absolutely love the concept of filling a box. It disappears, and then shows up where you need it but what we were promised delayed us five days!PODS Moving & Storage

1 starThey over charged me from original estimate, tacked on fees at every step of the way. Then they double charged me on there add-on delivery fee. When I called and confronted them about it. They were rude and told me that I was mistaken and wasnt charged. When that didnt work they then told me it for rescheduling fee. Then they went back to we never charged you. Its all a big joke to them. They will take your money keep adding fees and adding fees. Worst customer service got hung up on when requested a manager and manger just told me to wait and maybe Ill get my money back.PODS Moving & Storage
