      This is the second time Ive used PODS and I have been very satisfied with your service. The drivers have been very friendly, courteous and professional. Your service has been very prompt with regards to pickup and delivery. Everything has arrived safely and I would not hesitate to use your services again. I will tell anyone who asks that my experience was a positive one. Thank you very much.

      UPDATE - I was informed today that my Yelp review from yesterday was removed. They cited their reason as: I posted my review on multiple sites. That is not true, I only posted on Yelp. Now that they deleted my review, I am posting this to the BBB: Deeply concerning experience. I got a quote online but when I called to confirm the quote, they sent me something that was literally twice as much money and did not have the selections I added online. The sales representative told me that they do not have access to the online site and cannot confirm or deny what I was looking at. They also said they did not have the ability to add the things I wanted to add (blanket rentals and higher insurance). My major concerns: very misleading or flat out inaccurate quotes, very alarming to hear that the sales representatives do not have access their own site to view quotes. I am very disappointed, we wanted to work with PODS for this move. I will never trust them with my business now.

      Absolutely Not !! First that sent the wrong size container, which sent my move into a spiral of late fees, cancellation fees, additional rent fees , which ultimately costing me thousands . The customer service does not have the ability to correct, correspond , communicate with the local service providers. Local district and regional managers clock out after they close and do not communicate with Customers service. This company should be investigated. I will not stop or stand for the racquet these guys are perpetrating on good hardworking people. I want resolve and change so that No one else has to endure this injustice.

      I would give no starts if I could, I ordered a pod, and I had to cancel. The first agent keep asking for a pin which I wasnt is***d, but the agent who place my order, the at agent said he canceled my order to come find out the agent did not cancel it, when I called back to verify with another agent! The second agent canceled my pod order since it was 72 hours out from delivery, but did not cancel my payment on file, they charged me this morning so obviously Im upset about so call and wanted to take to supervisor or manager which they refused to do, until I threatened to *** them and they finally forward me to the credit department to get a refund that they charged my card almost $5000 when it was supposed to be only $600 the refund still has not taken place, so I filed a fraud case with my bank. This company is horrible, if you have to move dont use them. If you choose make sure they give you your pin or make sure one is set up otherwise you will passed from agent to agent.

      BEWARE.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Just look at all the NEGATIVE reviews ******** Better Business Bureau, *************** I regret using them. HERE ARE THE ****** The sales staff will say anything to book the appointment and make the sale. The warehouse managers and drivers are basic labors that DO NOT care about your POD being delivered on time. The call centers are located in ***************. The agents are a joke and just reads from scripts that are giving to them. In the end you will get connected to the PODS Customer Advocacy - Customer Resolution Specialist. No idea how these people from this department sleep at night knowing they are being deceitful. **** was the deceitful specialist that is a professional at bait and switch! I will continue to let everyone I know how unprofessional and deceitful PODS is and to AVOID them at all cost. This was my third time using them and the overall company is now horrid!

      I have emailed PODS. Just so every one reading this understands. This a Corp tactic to look like they want to resolve the issue. The end result will be no different. The reply is an automated reply setup by PODs.. Lastly this matter is over 780 dollars folks. This company would rather lose a repeat client that has spent over ****** dollars than admit their mistake and refund. Keep this in mind!

      I am in receipt of your correspondence concerning PODS Enterprises, LLC customer, *************************************. The review regarding Mr. ******** concerns to a recent scheduling disputes reimbursement details has been completed. PODS found on June 29th, 2023, the shipment and future moves were not scheduled as requested by ******************. Due to this, PODS approved compensation for the delay and the last rental fee. ****************** claimed **** was deceitful and did not provide a breakdown of what their reimbursement entailed. It is good to note that ****************** was informed via email on August 23, 2023, regarding the detailed breakdown of the refund. Subsequently, on August 28, 2023, he consented to the reimbursement by returning a release form that releases the agreed reimbursement to release the refund to his designated card.



      Taking into account the mentioned sequence of events, all necessary steps were completed without error, by PODS to address ********************** concerns. Regrettably, in light of the provided information further reimbursement was not approved by PODS regarding his expressed concerns.

      PODS and the things they allow to go on within their company is absolutely DISGUSTING. Along with creating fictitious charges, going through your POD without permission, stealing items from your POD, customer service with accents so thick you can barely understand the things they say, and a myriad of other offenses, including putting your method of payment on and off auto pay at will, damaging your items, the list goes on and on.Of course now I'm paying for an attorney to recoup my losses. And they will tell you that there is no corporate office. You can't find a number, an email or physical address ANYWHERE. IF YOU VALUE YOUR THINGS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND/OR DESTROY/DAMAGE YOUR ITEMS!

      Pods has completely gone downhill from years ago! Made up promotions on the phone and with a phone call lasting 50 mins communication should be made clear but became a nightmare! I was told that i would be charged after my container was delivered then i was told i was told it would be charged the day of the delivery and lastly by the same rep. I asked to speak to a supervisor no one is available then i was told to call back in the 30mins for a supervisor just to be told oh he is in a meeting. Not a great experience at all! I don't like to be given the run around especially when its the initial representative fault! Prior to this I kept on receiving email notifications that my container wasn't going to be delivered after already confirming i had signed the agreement! NOT great customer service at all and was very unclear! I had issues in some way every step of the way. It hasnt been 24 hours yet! They made my stressful move even more stressful!

      From beginning to end the whole process was so easy. We received a reasonable quote that never changed, in fact we paid less than we initially thought. The company communicated drop off and pick up times and always called day of to confirm. We moved out of state and had zero issues with transportation of our POD. Very happy with this service.

      The pod online service was easy to work with. They delivered the pod on the due date I requested. The delivery person was friendly and explained how to call or go online for the pod's return. The pricing was fair for the service not having to get a moving truck to haul our items to a storage building. We packed the pod on site in the driveway and had access anytime we needed something. The pick-up process was also a smooth transition they were there during the time frame they stated 7 AM-12Noon. I would use them again, and recommend them to others. I give Pods a high rating of 5.       If I could give less than 1 star I would, this company is full of it, the employees are full of it and DO NOT GET YOUR POD FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE FIND ANOTHER ONE, THEY TELL YOU ONE PRICE YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING THEN THEY CHARGE YOU ANOTHER PRICE, NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND PLAY GAMES!!!!
