      I am thinking about starting an online store with your company. I had a sales call today and spoke with ***** (or ****) which was very refreshing. I've been looking at many of your competitors and was rushed to sign up and that is what I appreciate about your company so far. I am doing some due diligence and reading about the good (and the bad) to set expectations for myself. Five stars for excellent and professional representation.

      Wonderful experience from the beginning, which was a couple of years ago. They always gave me realistic expectations, and then surpassed them all. No doubt, I'm now financially in a much better situation than I would be without them. They have great customer service, and they're proactive in keeping me posted about any updates. The young lady that I usually communicate with always returns my calls promptly, and is very pleasant and professional on the phone. Definitely recommend inquiring about it, and if you feel it's a good fit, go for it because they're great to work with.

      I'm writing this review to give a big thank you to the leadership team at Why Unified. I know that I am just one customer out of probably thousands but I ran into an issue where my *** account was deactivated without any reason or cause claiming that products were "counterfeit" when infact I now myself that they were not because I saw the documentation from Why Unified myself. Even when I submitted everything, I kept getting denied and denied. I messaged the CEO's assistant about the issue and she escalated the matter. Just a few days later, my account was reinstated with no email or anything, almost as if nothing ever happened in the first place. I spent over $54,000 with Why Unified to get everything that they offer and I was honestly really worried when this happened. I read a lot of horror stories online about what happens in these cases and I was worried that I was going to be one of them, but, this was not the case at any capacity. Why Unified really does value their customers and resolves matters, atleast in my case. Good things go unheard. I actually experienced this issue about two months ago and I recently was invited to share my experience and this was the first thing that came to mind. I will be creating a video testimonial for them and sharing it here later tonight. I was going to add my email, but, it would not let me so I removed it.

      After seeing some ads on Instagram, partaking in a webinar and having several conversations with one of the representatives at Why Unified I decided to make the leap and invest in their program. While the onboarding process was initially smooth, I did run into some hiccups with my previous dedicated manager. After a conversation with their leadership team, they quickly resolved the issue and positioned me with someone that is a better fit. My store is currently a little over 4 months old and has generated around $16k in gross revenue, and while its far from where I would like it to be, I am confident that we will get there as we are still in the early stages of development. I have been impressed by their willingness to listen, adapt, address my concerns and needs, and would - as of now - recommend their services to anyone that is considering working with Why Unified. I'm particularly excited about some of the new additions that they are working on to further enhance their customer experience, and make their product (and our sales results) even better.

      Why Unified has generated my store with them over $80,000 during our 1 year term which I am only half way through. I am willing to provide proof to anyone that wants to see this because it seems that everyone that I talk too online doesn't want to believe it. It's important to remember that I invested upwards of $30,000 into the plan with Why Unified. In my opinion, the company is more than legitimate, and if you ask me, they are under appreciated. The vast amount of savings that I get for products, shipping, and everything in-between, I will not find anywhere else.

      I started my store with WhyUnified in early December of 2024. I spent quite some time comparing all of my options and I went with these guys because the upfront cost was the lowest out of every other company out there. The first month is setup. It took longer than I expected it too. I already had a amazon seller account because I tried starting a amazon store on my own but I still had to go through their setup as if I was brand new, which I thought was a waste of time. I could have skipped all of the onboarding and save a week. I guess its because my account was deactivated because i did not use it for a long time. The second month I started getting some sales. It was nothing crazy, but the needle was moving. It gradually grow and into month three is where the volume started picking up. I broke even just now in the last week which is a good sign. The customer service of the company is good, but sometimes they treat me like I am slow and not technically able. I intend on expanding to ******* now that I have seen a good return. Slow and steady wins the race. I can comfortably say that Why Unified is a good company. Even though the first month was a waste, they were pretty spot on with their profit timeline.

      I recently met the Why Unified team after they invited me to their office after being a customer of theirs for about six months. Everyone was very accommodating, and brought a lot of value to our relationship. I think it was really unique how they covered my travel and hotel, which I consider grade A service. I started my store with them with just ****** and later upgraded to ******* and then to their Enterprise package. Upgrading to Enterprise was the smartest decision I could have made. My store made more money and they manage everything for me. No problems with silly suspensions, product removals or any of that stuff. Big thank you to ****** and his team. I have learned that not is all that is seen online through him and he has opened my eyes to the ecommerce world.

      I gave WhyUnified a try after seeing an ad, and honestly, my experience has been a mix of good and frustrating. I set up a ******* store with them, and while their program is solid, I ran into issues with ******** marketplace policies that slowed things down. At first, I didnt realize how strict ******* could be, and I got flagged for something minor, which delayed my stores progress. Despite all of this, they are good to work with. I dont think I will hit my sales targets this year as I am 5 months away and $50K short from the goal but I am okay with that. This is the first profitable ecommerce store I ever had and I have not had to do as much as I had too.

      I am a physician, so, my schedule is already demanding, and I have no time to manage another business. However, I wanted an additional revenue stream that could run without my involvement, so I decided to try Why Unified. The fact that they handle everything was what convinced me to sign up. After about two months, the store started producing steady sales. I am on the Enterprise plan so I have made a substantial investment. So far, the rate of my returns are the best out of my other investments. Let's check back in in a few months. If this pace keeps up, then, this is a very serious investment that I am happy to endorse.

      **************** is hit or miss. Sometimes theyre quick, and other times it feels like youre waiting forever for a response. Had an issue where some of my Amazon llistings werent showing up, and I had to go back and forth with support for over a week before they figured out it was a channel issue, not something ** could control. Wouldve been nice to get updates along the way instead of feeling like I had to follow up.Fees eat into profits more than I expected sometimes. The platform they have does a good job of adjusting prices and keeping things lively, but dont expect to just sit back and rake in cash out of the gate.The system works so far, and the sales are there if you give it time. Regardless, I am recommending the company!
