5 stars5 stars with no thought about it. I have personally shook hands with everyone on their executive team. My account was not doing too well. I addressed it with them, and it did take some time, but my voice was heard and they went above and beyond to make things right. No company that I have ever worked with has offered to fly me down to their office. I am a customer that spent $8,995 with them and the first class plane tickets alone cost them $3,000. They sat me down, showed me my account performance, explained clearly where things went wrong. There is some things that I cannot publicly say but after everything that I have heard and seen, it is the most transparency I have ever gotten. Nonetheless it has been two months now since then (met with them at the start of the year) and my store has been doing exceptionally. I purchased a few of their addon packages that I needed (did not know I needed them before) and since then, my expectations have been met. I do wish that it happened in the first place but with the way they addressed the matter, it is more than enough for me. I can say with certainty that when things go wrong, the company has their clients back. Their corporate office is pretty busy left and right and seeing that they took time for me has me as a client for life.Review fromBrian W

5 starsWhy Unified can improve in their timelines of what is going to happen when but unlike other companies I have tried, they do deliver. The only question is when. They hit my sales numbers, but they were four months behind schedule. The support team gives a lot of run arounds and one thing I am happy about is that I ran into someone else that uses Why Unified. We were able to work together and strategize almost as if I had a partner in the business. The business models works but my assumption is that the company is growing really quickly and things fall between the cracks. It happens in every business but if they address this, there is no question in my mind that this could be a leading company in *********. They have a lot of potential and since I am a customer of theirs, I hope for my good that they get everything together. I have given this feedback already in a pretty in depth email and their team reaching out to schedule a call with me. Nonetheless, I can recommend them. 5 starsI have been in ecommerce for over a decade. By no means is WhyUnified perfect and I will be blunt about that. The true value of their company is where the are an all-in-one deal acting as a supplier and shipper. The shipping savings and overall profit margin on products is where it is all worthwhile. Not to exaggerate, but, the margins are so good that you outcompete everyone on ****** and literally my products got delisted because these platforms dont like to be outcompeted at scale. WhyUnified is smart when it comes to this. They make money at scale by making a very small amount of large amounts of orders in their network. But It is very clear that they are running into issues because of it in my experience. I have had to tell them to increase the prices of my products in order to stop getting dinged.. I am giving them 5 stars on that fact. Their support? It is useless.Review fromMario M

5 starsWhen I started with Why Unified, it was not what it is now. Either the company operationally improved or they started taking more action on my account. I am not sure which it is but from what I have observed, it was a big change in events. I started with the "general" store which includes many different products from all of the stores. They advised me that this was the best store to choose. Two months into my plan and I had ZERO sales. When I kept reaching out, they told me that it is normal. I still to this day don't think that it is normal. They refreshed my account and about 1-2 months later, it was like nothing happen. Almost like a switch flipped. Really incredible. To this day, they say that it has to do with my account. Right now, I really don't care as long it does not happen again. They compensated me for the lost time and gave me a credit on a few things. I previously posted a 1 star review everywhere before they had all of this figured out. Now that they have made things right and made me whole by addressing any issues that were doing on, I am posting a 5 star review. What is right, is right, and they made it right.Review fromMarie H

5 starsFor full disclosure, I am not an customer of ******************** yet. I am in the process of starting a store and I am deciding which package to choose. What stood out to me was the professionalism of *****, member of the sales team who has been helping me over the last week. He is prompt, professional, and well spoken. He did not rush me and took the time to educate me on how their company works. The documentation he shared was very detailed and it is by far the best experience I have had out of all of the companies that I am considering. 5 starsMe and my husband decided to start a coffee store with WhyUnified in the last two months under the Enterprise plan. ******** is being made and the store is heading in the right direction. We have received our initial payouts. The first one was about $9,000 and the second one is $12,000 with change. Keep in mind, we invested a significant amount of money. 1 starWhyUnified has broken my trust at every stage of the refund process. It has now been three months since my term ended, and I still have no refund and no real answers.The virtual assistants who answer the phone have no access to real informationthey can only "put in a ticket" to "escalate" the issue to the billing or management team. When I do receive email responses, theyre vague and repetitive, like:"Your refund is currently undergoing additional review and approval, and we expect to share another update in the next 2-4 business days."That was three weeks ago from the billing team. It has now been over 90 calendar daysand more than double the 30-business-day deadline originally set by the billing department for the expected refund deposit.Out of desperation, Ive tried looping in the management, billing, legal, growth consultant, and audit teams hoping that someone would take accountability and get this resolved. Still, nothing.The people that say they've been able to speak with an executive, dedicated manager, or assistant, that has not been my experience at all. I can't get ahold of our a response from anybody, at any level of the organization.I had high hopes for this partnership. I invested over $35,000 and followed every single one of their recommendations and instructions. Im heartbroken that we didnt hit our targets, personally struggling without these funds, and beyond disappointed that, now, when I need help the most, it feels like no one is willing or able to assist me. Ill admit, I was initially nervous when the first few months passed without any sales, but patience proved to be key. Around the eight-month ***** sales started coming in, and from there, they steadily grew to significant levelsproving that WhyUnifieds process truly ********* of the biggest lessons Ive learned is that success isnt about having the most listingsits about having the right ones. While not every product performs at the same level, Ive seen firsthand how just a couple of well-selected products can generate tens of thousands in sales. 4 starsA Mixed Experience with Potential for Improvement My experience with WhyUnified has been a bit rocky. I joined in October 2024, opting for the Amazon Prime channel, and invested an additional $5,000 on top of the single-channel cost for inventory. Initially, things seemed to be moving along smoothly, but after two months, I realized that no inventory had been sent to my store.I reached out multiple times via phone, chat, and email, but kept receiving the same standard responsesdelays due to internal QC reviews, extended processing times, etc. It was frustrating, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I had fallen through the cracks, possibly because I only had one sales channel while others had more. Given the current pace, there is no realistic way for them to meet the revenue guarantee they promised me.That said, I recently had a constructive discussion with a team member, and we developed an action plan with a potential growth strategy to get things back on track. This conversation renewed some of my optimism because I do believe in the model and its potential as a game-changer for those looking for passive income.Before this discussion, I would have likely rated them 2 or 3 stars due to my frustrations. However, their willingness to address my concerns and find a solution has shown me that they do care about their customers. 5 starsI am content with my store's growth and I look forward to meeting the sales goals that we agreed too at the end of this year. Based on my research, I should be able to achieve it but there has been some inconsistencies in the last two months with sales patterns v/s what was told to me. I'll let the process work in the meantime as it does not look too concerning.
