  ? A Heartfelt Warning About My Experience With Why Unified I am writing this review with a heavy heart and in the hope that it will help others avoid the hardship I’ve been going through. Like many people, I trusted the positive information publicly available about Why Unified. Believing I was making a smart and safe decision, I invested $13,974 of my personal savings. It was not an easy amount for me to part with, but I felt reassured by what I had read at the time. What followed has been nothing short of heartbreaking. Once I requested a refund, Why Unified became nearly impossible to reach. Every attempt at communication was met with silence, stalling, or evasive responses. Weeks turned into months, and nothing moved forward. They required personal verification documents and even a selfie from me—yet after submitting everything they asked for, I never received a single update. Their website was recently redesigned, but even with those changes, there is still no functional or accessible compliance department, despite their promises. I have filed formal complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and my state’s District Attorney’s Office, yet Why Unified continues to ignore all communication. I do not want anyone else to experience what I’m going through. The financial loss is painful, but the emotional toll—the frustration, the helplessness, and the feeling of being misled—is even worse. I am still waiting to hear from them. I am still hoping they will do the right thing. And I am still urging others to be extremely cautious. If sharing my story can help someone else avoid this situation, then at least some good can come from what has happened to me. All I ask for is fairness, transparency, and accountability—things every customer deserves. Thank you for taking the time to read my experience.

  I invested over 40K. Made less than $500. They'd guaranteed over 300K or my money back. My one-year term ended in April and it is now November and they say my case is "still with compliance". There is no way to escalate or get anyone on the phone other than the basic customer service reps who read a script. Mr. NOT SO Wonderful - I am so disappointed in you.

  Absolutely FAKE. They only help if you have a successful store already up and running. They dont do squat unless you pay and pay and pay. They have multiple levels where you start with 10K, then ask for 7K for adding a successful store, and then may be ask for a 5K to start making money for one month and then another 4K to go from there. They are SCAMMERS who have no idea on how to create a successful store from scratch. I signed up with this SCAM company in November/December of 2024. And after 11 months, they successfully got my store to an INACTIVE state after getting me to pay ~300 to Amazon in fees and showed me a wonderful profit of ~20$.   I invested $12k into WhyUnified in Oct of 2023. I did not receive one cent of return. I've spoken with others in the Why Unified program. The same thing has happened to many other Why Unified customers. They slap you with a cease and desist order if you report them during your contract. They stated they would refund my money. It's been a year since Why Unified made that statement. Any time I ask about it they state that inquiries on my behalf would cause the refund process to take longer. Then they just stopped responding. This company need to be investigated for fraud.

  DO NOT. And I mean, DO NOT fall for their, :moneyback guarantee. I'm fighting tooth and nail, just to get someone to talk to. For my $ 10,000 payment + $ 2,000 funding. My gross sales was $ 50. One more time, that Fifty Dollars. You read that right, that's for 12-months, total gross sales (minus fees, and I got less than $ 10 in the bank) Now that they did not deliver on their promise, I can't get anyone on the phone, dodging my calls, and can't get my money back.

  REMOVEDwas a big help with getting my store on track where it needs to be. He is one of the best employees that works there and I would know because I have been a customer for short of a year now. So if you need help or are stuck, just ask for REMOVED!

  This company needs to be investigated and a cease and desist order in place for fraud. After placing just under $14,000 for their initial fee and inventory I sat back and waited on their moves. One year later and barely a trickle in money coming in ($650) I requested my refund. That was February, 2025. Phone records show numerous calls in the first few months and now a monthly call to them. Every call has the same answer. "Under review". No call backs. No emails. Nothing. Why are they allowed to operate when this seems to be a common occurrence? Unprofessional and fraudulent. Just give me the refund as expressed in your contract.

  In April of 2024, my business partner and I invested $11,995 in a program with Prime placement and added $2000 for purchases to fund the online store Why Unified promised to build as they were contractually required. It is without any equivocation that they failed to provide the services required of them in the contract. The store generated less than $200 in actual revenue over the course of the contract year. We requested a refund at the end of the one year contract and have yet to even be communicated with regarding the refund. This definitely feels like a very shady company with team members reciting scripts and no possibility of escalating any of its customers complaints to resolve any of the issues. There were some key markers along the way with this tactic of ignoring requests and making speaking to someone impossible by design. We are now reviewing our best course of action to get our money back from them. The moral of this story is we shouldnt have believed any of the endorsements from popular media figures and we feel ripped off. We completed a vetting process looking for as much information as we could find to no avail which made it seem as though it may be a good investment for passive income. I wonder how it would feel to the owner if the same thing happened to him. Shameful stuff from a poorly run company.

  Stay away!! Not really one to buy into this type of money making scheme. But I did anyway after doing a lot of comparable research. Drives in 2024 to try out a store. I had no sales, none, in one full year so I decided to cancel and get my money back. I was informed that I did cancel in the correct timeframe and now almost 4 months later no refund. I can only get to the first person on the phone and they tell me the refund department is reviewing my account and they will get back to me. No one ever has by phone or email. They do not want to give me my money back and I will be escalating this issue to ensure my money is returned based on their terms. Which were followed. Beware of this company.
