    We used REMOVEDand Associates and was sold to Enumerates. The service now is awful. They don't send us checks as requested, don't return calls or respond to emails. It used to be good years ago when was REMOVEDbut has gone downhill to terrible lately with Enumerates. We had several account managers lately as they all seem to quit or get fired, then they tell us they are training people. OUCH!REMOVEDTowers of Oceanview East REMOVED

    We are sorry to hear about the frustration REMOVEDhas experienced and appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.

    Enumerate is not intentionally withholding checks or funds from this customer. That said, we recognize that there have been changes to some of our processes and staffing, and we understand how delays or unclear communication during those changes could create a frustrating experience. If there are specific checks that the Association believes remain outstanding, we are happy to review those items individually and determine what occurred and what action is needed.

    We also take the concerns regarding responsiveness seriously. REMOVEDhas a dedicated relationship manager who serves as its primary point of contact, along with additional escalation resources within our Financial Services organization when an issue requires further attention. We want our customers to know who is responsible for helping them and to receive timely communication when questions arise.

    We would welcome the opportunity to work directly with the Association to review any outstanding check requests, unanswered inquiries, or other specific concerns and resolve them. Our team will reach out directly to ensure the appropriate contacts are connected and that any open items are identified and addressed.

    We value the Associations long-standing relationship with our organization and would like the opportunity to improve their experience.

    The service the past 8 months has been horrible. The company staff have been fired or quit. They promise to do better but it's not getting better. We were with them for REMOVEDthe past.
