We have a contract with the company, the software handles homeowners' payments. They have double charged several of our residents this April. We have tried different ways to get in contact with them and find a way to get those customers refunded and/or reimbursed for insufficient funds charges, no luck. After many attempts and several questions from us via email and phone calls, we got one email back more than a week later, with a 6 words sentence advising that some "feature was enabled" By whom, when, why? None of that answered.Business Response

We met with REMOVEDand REMOVEDto review the concerns raised regarding ACH payments. After reviewing the account activity, we found that multiple payments were submitted during the same timeframe, which contributed to the confusion around whether a duplicate ACH had occurred.
During the discussion, we also provided guidance on key system functionality, including the Needs Attention page within Accounts Receivable and the available ACH payment options, such as paying the full balance versus selecting specific charge codes.
To provide additional support, we have engaged our Training & Enablement team to assist with further system education. Additionally, as a one-time courtesy, we are submitting a request for reimbursement of any associated overdraft fees.
We appreciate the opportunity to review this matter and remain available to support their continued use of the platform.Customer Answer

I have rented out my property to my tenant and my association required me to place a security deposit and that security deposit was given to this company to hold the funds. My tenant has now moved out and I am looking to collect back those funds. The only problem is this company does not answer there phone or email. I have left numerous voicemails and have also tried calling 10x a day. No one answers the phones. There is also no one answering their emails. This company REMOVED, if they even are a company.Business Response

Thank you for contacting Enumerate. We have researched this compliant and have found 1 phone call from this phone number and named person, which was received by our company on May 3, 2024. The caller was on hold for 25 seconds and then abandoned the call. We have searched our phone and email systems and find no other outreach. In addition, we are not a company that holds funds and would not be holding security deposit monies. Our recommendation is this individual reach out to the Association directly to obtain funds own in return. Please feel free to reach out if there are other questions.
Kind regards,

This is completely false. I have called numerous times each day. You guys have partnered or bought a company that does hold funds. When you go to their website it forwards to your site. I have called that number as well and reached no one. The only time I have gotten a hold of someone is through your sales line on your ivr. Your company has the worst customer service Ive ever seen.

In October we entered into an agreement for software and our company went with another managment company that supplies their own software, we never went live and never used the software ( not to mention the set up was disastrous ) they claimed we could be live by 1/1/2024 which didn't happen they weren't done. We just want to terminate the agreement, they have over $3,000 and we just want a full release they can keep the money that they have collected ( which is more than fair)Business Response
