Today I received another shipment of the Keto Gummies that I did not want or order. This happened once before and I called the company and was forced to leave a message telling them to not send any more. They charge my card and I don't want anymore of this stuff. On May 12, 2023 I started to order the Keto Gummies from an advertisement I seen on ******** for weight loss. The transaction was declined so I didnt pursue it any further. Until a week later my account was in the negative due to the transaction being reprocessed for $199.99 from Bioscience Offical. I never reauthorized for anyone to process the payment again. I never received any kind of confirmation of any order nor did I ever receive any product. I do not want the product now or ever. I want my money back. If there is any kind of subscription I want it cancelled immediately.Business Response

I have never heard of this company and they charged my credit card with separate charges of $199 and $60 every day for the last three days. The charges appear as Bioscience and Biolyfe. I have reported the fraud to my credit card company and will be filing a police report with police in *******, ** on Monday. This company needs to be prosecuted for fraud.Business Response

On 4/17/2023 I purchased keto gummies ($199.00) was charged $199.00 and $60.00. I called to ask about the $60.00 add on. I was told that I needed to purchase the Detox that came with the keto gummies for them to work. I said to cancel the whole order. The operator said that she would cancel the $60.00 charge. That never happened. I was still charged $60.00. Now this month, 5/17/2023 a payment of $139.00 appeared on my credit card bill. I did not order any new products. The original order was a one time purchase, not a recurring purchase. I have not idea why I was charged an additional $139.00. What can you do to stop charging me for items I have neither purchased or recieved?Business Response

I had an initial order placed. with Bio science brands on 4/20/2023 for some diet capsules. they sent me the pills and also some other capsules that i didn't even order. I still have those pills and have not used them at all as they caused headaches on my part. Now on 5/31/2023, i have been billed in the amount of ****** for some keto gummy bears that I did not order and wonder why I received them at all. On May 31 I received a package from the company for a 5 count of **** Gummies, which I did not order. I did not sign up for automatic recurring orders and they charged me without my permission. I tried calling their 800 number several times but no one answers the phone. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. On June 6 they charged me $199.99. On 6/12/2023 KETO GT sent me a package that I did not request, nor did I order. They are continuing to charge me $199.99 per package. I have continued to call them to demand they cease and desist with their continued shipments, that I have not requested. Their 800 number rings and rings and no one answers the phone. I am demanding a full refund and further request they cease and desist with sending me packages and with charging my credit card.

I had recently considered buying the Keto gummies for weight loss and filled in part of the form. I changed my mind when I realized how many bottles and the high price that were involved. I did not place any order. Today I received five bottles of male enhancement gummies addressed to my husband. There was no invoice enclosed. I checked my credit card accounts and there were no charges from them. Since my husband passed away in August 2021, I know he did not place this order and thankfully there are no credit cards tied to his name. It seems I am not out any money, but I seriously question the ethics and business practice of this company. I am hoping this will not be an on-going subscription order.
