First, I am being a victim of identity theft and I have done it everything in my power to avoid this. I received an email saying that I placed an order for 5 bottles at a price of $199. I called them and I sent them an email stating that it wasnt me who did this and they refused to immediately refund my money an provide a label to send this bottles back if I receive it. When I receive these bottles and didnt request, they refused again to refund the money and sent me a mail label to send these things back.Business Response

On 6/1 I received a package from Metrics from *******, **. I have received several bottles (7 Bio Science) of cbd gummies. I have no idea what they are, what they do and I didn't order them. I do not do want to be charged and I would like to return the product but there was no information provided. I ordered Keto gummies in late March (26th). They trick you and place you on a membership in their terms and conditions. They sent a second shipment and I figured it was an accident as there was no invoice, no explanation of membership or how to return or cancel or anything, just a bag of gummies. They had charged me and I did not know. Then, they charged me a third time and my bank notified me so I called them and figured it was for the second order. 22 days after receiving the second package, they told me that I couldn't return the product because they have a 30-day policy and it's from when they charged me, not from when the product arrived. (Again, I had no idea that they charged me) I tried to get them to let me return the second shipment, and not only did they say no, they informed me that the charge I was calling about was for a third shipment that had already been processed to be sent to me in June and that it's too late to cancel it, so they can give me 30% off that order. Once I told them I was reporting this to the BBB, they offered to give me a 50% refund on my second order and will charge me but allow me to return the third order for a full refund once I get it and send it back. I received a package addressed to me containing CBD gummies and capsules from Biolyfe. There were 2 charges to my credit card on May 14, $199 & $60. I did not order anything from this company. I do not use CBD gummies or capsules. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company and they are investigating. My credit card has been cancelled and will be re-issued. I ordered these as a one time trial. Not as a subscription. I have returned several bottles via mail stating return to sender. Cancel subscription. I have tried to cancel my mail and phone and I continue to receive and be charged. I would like a refund. I can return the remaining unopened bottles I have when I receive a refund for them. This is a scam and obviously Im not the only one who is having this problem with this company. Very sad it comes to this.
