      On Saturday, May 20 I clicked on an ad and was going to purchase the keto gummies. It asked how many bottles I wanted to purchase so I chose that and put my information in. I was then sent to another page which was an ad for something else. There was no option to decline that I could find so I closed the window. I then checked my bank account the next day and saw I was charged $199.99 and another $60. I was never sent to a confirmation page or a complete purchase button. There was a phone number to call on the last page (luckily was still open in a tab on my phone) and I tried to call it but it said the number was disconnected. I then checked my email and saw an order confirmation so I replied right away to cancel the order and I had not given them permission to charge my card. I have sent an email daily to that email with no response and have also called the phone number in the email and left voicemail. They have not responded or refunded the money.

      I ordered keto gummys after I saw a convincing advertisement. The price was fair and the celebrities seemed healthier. I was shocked to see 2 charges on my card: $199.99 and also $60.00, neither of which I agreed to. I now believe this is a money grab and scam and I asked for my money to be refunded via email and phone. It has not been refunded (all of ityou can have your gummies back) and now that I read all these other complaints, I doubt theyll cancel my subscription I didnt ask for either. Im furious at their eagerness to take advantage of peoples credit cards.

      I ORDERED THE KETO+ACT GUMMIES FROM THIS COMPANY ON APRIL 18TH OR 19TH. AT THE **** I ORDERED 2 BOTTLES FOR AROUND $70.00. I RECEIVED 3 BOTTLES FOR $169.99. I LET IT GO THINKING I WOULD TRY THE PRODUCT AND IF I DID NOT LIKE IT I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYMORE. I SEE THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED AGAIN $169.99 AND I DO NOT WANT THEM. I HAVE NO EMAIL FOR THEM OR PHONE TO TELL THEM I DO NOT WANT IT. THE PACKAGING HAS NO INFORMATION. HOW DO I STOP THIS? I DO NOT WANT THIS ANYMORE. HELP!

      I placed an order off ******** for 1 bottle plus 2 free bottles hair growth gummies. I received 5 bottles of cbd gummies wrong product, and was charged $259.       We ordered the onetime bonus offer $378.41. Then we received another package 1 month later and was charged $378.41 again under the name ********** vet.com.. I called my bank to file fraud charge. I then called Bio Science at ************ to ask why the charged my bank account again. The lady there said we had a subscription to the monthly. I then told her I was calling me bank and the BBB to report fraud and hung up the phone. She then called me back from phone ************ and said they could cancel my subscription. I explained to her we never had a subscription and what they are doing is fraud.

      I was thinking about ordering they changed my mind. But got them any way. Needed to return and get money back

      I placed 1 order for 5 bottles of Biolyfe Gummies and accepted a second shipment. In no way did I want this to continue to be a monthly subscription. I did not sign up for a subscription. i now have 3 more shipments of 5. This is far more that recommended for a single person to use per month. I do not want these extra shipments. They do not want to accept return shipments even in unopened packages. I will gladly ship back the now 15 bottles that I have beyond 2 packages that have been opened.

      I placed an order for 1 bottle with 2 free....they charged me ******. I emailed that I wanted this order cancelled three times. They responded that I didn't read the fine print. The fine print stated nothing about charging me ******. They emailed back stating my subscription was cancelled (which I never checked anything about a subscription). Then stated my order was shipped. I tried to do a refund request and they said they don't show an order. I want my money credited back to my account for the full amount..no e-check. I have an attorney in my family and will bring a suit against this company if I don't get my full amount! This is unethical!..

      4/22/23. I filled out all the information, then another picture popped up to try to get me to order something else. There was only a complete order button. I didn't touch that button. There was not a button to refuse anything or to exit that page. So I exit the whole thing. When I was checking my emails I saw a confirmation email from them about an order. I called them and they say they couldn't stop the order. It had only been a couple of hours. They offered my $30 then $40 I kept telling them no I didn't not want there product , I was then offer $80 I told them no I wanted all my money back. They refused and told me to call them back when I got the product. They would then talk about a return.

      I ordered Keto gummies for weight loss, then changed my mind and canceled the order within an hour. This was several months ago, sorry I dont remember how many. Since then, I have been receiving a two bottle package monthly. Finally, two weeks ago, I called the number listed here and was assured that my subscription had been canceled. Well, I got two more bottles in the mail!!! I want this subscription canceled. I will call again today but doubt that the follow through will take place - reading all of the other complaints filed against this company. How can they continue to do this???
